Horrible the wait. We were told if we can wait. But the wait was too long. We let them We were waiting and they responded that we needed to wait cause inside was also full.

🤬🤬🤬This Baskin Robbin’s was suppose to close at 10pm on 10/4/2025, we arrived at 9:34pm, side note all my 4 year old wanted was a scope of chocolate ice cream on a cone very simple and could have taken 2 seconds plus they 🤬DON’T CLOSE UNTIL 10 pm AND IT WAS ONLY 9:34pm.🤬 We walk in and the girl behind the counter proceeds to tell us very rudely that they are putting the ice cream away and doesn’t say anything else after that. I don’t fully understand why they were putting away ice cream if they were still open for another 25ish minutes. Can someone please explain this to me. If I could I would give 0 stars!⭐️ Go to the cold stone across the street! They are very sweet and very accommodating!

I’ve had a difficult time trusting the baskin robbins nearby due to how horrible the ratings and I ordered a cake it turned out perfect as i ordered So i would completely recommend if anyone feels like looking to order a cake, although their phone number doesnt work which is what worried me at first.

I ordered a Carmel blueberry iced coffee and they gave me French vanilla. I was very clear with my words. When they "fixed" it all they did was pull the sticker and give it back. #LAZYI would have 0 starred the service but that's not an option

Staff were wonderful my mocha unfortunately was really bitter. Got the pumpkin munchkins and breakfast was decent. Pumpkin spice latte was good. Definitely recommend going.
