I recently visited Bawarchi and tried their famous biryani — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The aroma hit the moment it arrived, and the flavors were spot on. The rice was perfectly cooked, fragrant with spices, and layered well with tender, juicy meat. I tried the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, and it had the right amount of heat and richness without being greasy.
