Outstanding! Delicious chicken with a crispy outside and tender chicken within. The boneless wings are made with real chicken thigh meat. Definitely not pre-formed chicken. We loved the honey garlic boneless wings.

Food is amazing best chicken in Orlando, staff is always nice. Music within the location is always good and has a very clean atmosphere.

치맥 (chimaek) celebration at the Dr. Phillips location. This is my favorite Korean fried chicken chain that I've been going to in New York! I was so glad to see that they had one in Orlando, and now there is one in Dr. Phillips! I love this location and we had so much fun drinking soju, beer, 소맥 (somaek), and eating such delicious chicken and 떡볶이 (ddeok-bokki). They have so many different sauces, so there is definitely something for everyone. It was my first time trying the Rose' Ddeok-Bokki and it was SO good! Check out this location!

Very slow service. Took a half hour to make my to-go order despite only three other people in restaurant. Food ok but not worth the wait.

I saw an article stating this was the top rated chicken joint in the USA. Challenge accepted. This is a review for an Uber eats order so it is very limited in scope. I ordered the golden original boneless and the cheesy boneless and fried dumplings they arrived still warm and smelled freshly made. The golden original boneless had a good light crunch with just a slight touch of heat that wasn't distracting. While it was good it didn't beat my go to in chicken Publix (yes Publix). The cheesy boneless on the other hand beat my Publix standard with a sweet cheese dusting with gave the overall taste of sweet funnel cakes. The fried dumplings were good but not really a standout in flavor. Best in the USA not quite but in the top tier.

-ASK FOR THE RECEIPT-CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR PICK UPS THEY WILL NOT FIX NOR ISSUE REFUNDS-THEY WILL PRETEND YOUR ORDER DOESNT EXIST-THE “CUSTOMER SERVICE” line doesn’t work.long time customerDONT refer me to that hotline you copy and paste on to all of your bad reviews this is for your store to handle. I tried, It’s worthless.Drove 11 miles to pick up my $50 order, got back home it was 100 percent wrong. I’m thinking to myself “no worries it happens the girl Nicole even repeated it back to me so I’m sure they’ll fix it” Called them to inquire how they’d like to proceed? “Oh I don’t know this has never happened before” Honest to God answer I got from the employee ain’t no way this has never happened before. So i told him “well if you remake my order I’ll go pick it up and bring this one back” you I’m 11 miles away. “Sorry you’d have to pay again” at this point I felt like I was going crazy. Asked for the manager, no manager, asked to speak to someone else regarding the matter, nope couldn’t hand the phone over to anyone else. Left him my phone number for the manager to call me back. Guess what never happened. 50 dollars later and I was stuck with dry sauce less chicken.

I am so glad they opened a location near me this time! I absolutely love this place and we love the cheesling and soy garlic wings, our other go to is the Honey garlic! This is the size S (8 pieces) and it was the perfect size for 2. We came around 5pm on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded at all! I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the staffs for doing such a great job assisting us and service.

-Food is overpriced for fried chicken. Has been in business for a few months and still has no customers.-No one speaks English here so good luck trying to order anything.-$15 for 8 pieces of chicken that is never consistently made well enough to be worth a return.-If you’re gonna spend money on ddeok-bokki, go somewhere else more authentic that isn’t fast food and will give you higher quality rice cake for the same price.-Their boba drinks are also very watery and their tapioca is 75 cents for something microwaved. Regular tea shops serve you real boba for 50 cents.-Nothing about this is “fast” either. Minimum wait time is 20 minutes so you might as well eat at a restaurant that will serve you food in the same amount of time with service from people who will be more than willing to work.-They also don’t clean their fountain drink spouts with soap… I saw their employees closing and they just soak it in hot water. Wasn’t even boiling.tl;dr20 minute wait time, overpriced, not worth, uncleanly, lazy staffVegetarian options: No vegetarian options

I’m not from the area but I’ve always loved bb.q chicken from Korea and don’t get me wrong the food here was amazing it was delicious the sauces were all different and very fresh. The secret sauce “양념“ chicken was really tasty! However, the service was horrible. We felt like we weren’t welcomed there the girl I think her name was like Rosen? Or Rowen? We’ve been there twice this week and both times we’ve had uncomfortable encounters with her.The first time we went we ordered 3 different chicken flavors and there was 4 of us present. My mom asked for 2 more chopsticks as she put in 2. She looked at my mom just stared at her and so my mom asked again and finally she sighed and put them in and seem annoyed. This was fine we all have our days.Second time we go, yesterday, she was there. We ordered 4 different flavors and ordered extra radish (which we paid for) and at the end she opens the radish container and puts just 5 of them in one by one doesn’t even fill the bottom of the container, again just seemed annoyed, and then shut it. We were going to ask her to just fill the extra cup up but did not want conflict so we just left. Please, we want to feel welcomed and not want this to affect our experience and image of this store. She was very rude and the whole experience was very disappointing!!! I would like to go back before returning back home but she/the customer service makes me hesitant in returning:(

When I decided to move to Orlando from NYC, I thought about opening up a Korean fried chicken restaurant in Orlando. And one day, I tried bbq chicken in Colonial drive and my pursuit of Korean fried chicken eatery in Orlando was terminated. Because it was so good! Even ttekboki was incredible. I did not think I could outperform the bbq chicken at Colonial. So when I eventually moved to Dr. Phillips area and heard the new bbq chicken opening in the area, I was rejoicing. Because driving to the Colonial drive area isn’t always pleasant.Unfortunately, the new bbq did not meet my expectations. Same brand, same owner, same recipe, same sauce, same chicken and newer kitchen equipments. But for some reasons, the new branch’s output is not the same as that of Colonial branch; does not taste the same. Weird. I tired several times more, but came to same conclusion. So when I crave bbq chicken, I drive to the Colonial dr branch.I am not saying it’s bad; it’s slightly different.

As you can see in the pictures, food looks great. So it's not the looks or flavor that got two stars. The toppokki was not soft at all so it was hard to chew. What you see in the picture is $2 worth of cheese topping so I don't recommend adding it at all. And they could have used more sauce on chicken to spread more evenly. It feels cheap that the food looks like this and isn't even served to table, so regretting the tipping as well.
