Excellent setting, it really looks like Belle's castle, although the food is not worth the price to me

We love the Be Our Guest Restaurant and always reserve a meal here. This time, we were seated in the West Wing! If you watch the prince's portrait during the thunderstorm and lightning, you'll see the portrait change. We opted for the three-course meal since we were on the dining plan. I ordered the special and did not regret it at all!! It was cooked to perfection. The Grey Stuff really was delicious!!

My friends. I am writing this review just to help other families steer clear of this overpriced cafeteria food. My dinner bill was $500 for five people which I completely expected what I didn’t expect was the Dennys style seating and the steaming plates of beast dung that got served up in this restaurant, this is literally the worst food. I have eaten this side of my high school cafeteria. Honestly, my high school cafeteria would’ve been better. We visited as a family of five. We tracked through four parks in one day, made it to the fireworks and the light at the end of the tunnel was supposed to be our wonderful meal at Bell Castle. The pictures are absolutely deceiving. There is nothing fancy or pretty about this restaurant. Imagine your school lunchroom tables all pushed together, there was only two premixed drinks on the menu which were terrible. However everything was so hilariously bad that I drank like four of their terrible concoctions. We had a good time. The beast came out for about 30 seconds and then went back to wherever he came from, there has to be better places to eat at Magic the Kingdom I highly recommend any churro cart., do not take your family here unless you just have no other option . I only gave it two stars because the waitress was awesome. She was cracking up with us at how bad this freaking place is even the employees know it’s a terrible restaurant and money grab just stay away.

Possibly the best Disney restaurant. Better quality food than some restaurants with a Michelin star in NYC. I tried most of the signature restaurants too. The food was phenomenal. And, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The dining rooms were so cute too. Definitely so happy that I went. My husband won't stop raving about the filet mignon. It was his favourite meal on this trip. He said that he couldn't imagine another restaurant being better. (I'm not sure how there can be complaints about the food from what I ate.)Vegetarian options: Fantastic vegetarian entree. Vegan dessert available

We attended a total of four “character meals” during our trip to Disney. This experience was by far the least desirable. The Beast is the only character at the event (which we knew going in). However, I thought that Disney was supposed to be a magical and enjoyable place for kids. With that said, the Beast quickly sprints through and his body guards yell at my child to go sit down even though he is 3 years old and is simply waving from the side of the isle. This really hurt his feelings and he started crying for the remainder of the dinner. He’s been talking about seeing the Beast for a couple months leading up to this trip and I’m just really disappointed with Disney. We paid around $230 for this experience and I would not recommend. Disney needs to improve this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Not recommend for families with young children

Reservation only and your wait can be long at check-in. The price was $75 per person at my table. The food didn’t taste good and the meats were over cooked. The desert plate was three items and all super sweet. Only the beast walked through the dining hall no other character was present Super big disappointment as it’s their top restaurant. Don’t waste your time or spend your money, if you want table service and good food go off property. A big skip !

The food is beyond awful. I ordered the onion soup it actually tasted good but not one onion. The chicken and the steak entrees were gross. Both were tough and the green beans weren’t cooked. I literally spent $140 for my 6 year old to eat grapes. Even the bread was not fresh.the desert was anlmost 75% food coloring and Whipped cream Also didn’t see Belle. We saw the beast twice. Bring up ur earplugs it’s loud. Service is amazing.

Please, don’t waste your money and your time going to this restaurant. Is very expensive and is mandatory to get the three course meal. So, you should pay around 70 dls plus taxes and tips. The food is just ok. Nothing special. Only 2 choices for dessert, is ridiculous. We spent 400 dls just 4 people. Please don’t go. Believe me!!!!!

I dine here twice already. Not because the food is outstanding, but it’s just fun! The food is great for theme park restaurants, good portion. I always left here full with healthy food. Comparing the price for eating out in the cafe and here and the kind of food I get, rather to eat here. Service is lovely. The whole show made it super enjoyable to dine there. I had so much fun and probably will be back for sure.

Super delayed from reservation time, food was ok at best, not worth the 70 dollars per person or the 45 per kid. Not a whole lot of choice in the menu either.

We had a large party of 7, with two kids and a vegan. The steaks were great, the vegan was very happy with the options they had (a tofu stir fry). My husband said , "this is maybe the first time I haven't felt completely ripped off by Disney"... Which is praise indeed since our bill was over $500 and he hates Disney. We were in the West Wing which I highly recommend. It was a nice meal, the best I've had at any of the parks for sure.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan optionsKid-friendliness: West Wing is quiet and dark, ideal for napping toddler

Found something unfortunate in my food. However it was handled very responsibly and generously. They assured me it was a very rare circumstance and the food prior was very good. The workers were all very kind and enthusiastic. Thank you Alan and Peter! Would recommend this gorgeous dining experience to anyone in magic kingdom looking for a nice meal.
