I was starving when I got this. I wanted a breakfast bowl but there was no one behind the counter so I went to the all American section and got one of their longboards. I can’t remember which one but it’s basically bacon egg and cheese with gravy base. And I got potato wedges. No complaints at all with any of this. I also grabbed a banana and a ham and cheese croissant. All of which was under $23.

The price point is fantastic but the food is just ok. You get what you pay for ultimately. Highly recommend for families with small children that are on a budget.

Reasonably priced and very friendly staff. We tried their hamburger and fries, it was very good even is the fries were a bit too salty.

After a long day the airport, my husband and I were looking forward to dinner once getting to Surfside. After putting our order, we were told that they were out of what we ordered, but Julynn was SO amazing about it! She truly made us feel so cared about and like she had known us forever and wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be.The food has been wonderland and my husband (who is VERY particular about food) said it was the best French dip he has ever had.

The food has been delicious so far the people are friendly and Julynn really knows how to run the show, she goes above and beyond. The upper echelon of the resort should know she is why the cafe is successful, so don’t lose her :)

The people leaving bad reviews obviously didn’t save enough for vacation. Food is made to order and I never waited more than 10 mins…

For a resort hotel cafe, I have been very impressed by this place! It is so convenient to have this type of restaurant in the hotel whether you want to grab something and head out to the parks or if you have time to sit inside and have a meal. There is plenty of seating. The staff is so friendly and we appreciated that they took allergy/dietary restrictions very seriously. The pizza is delicious! Definitely a must try and it’s made to order so it’s always fresh and hot. I thought the prices were pretty inexpensive. I got a breakfast combo that came with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and a biscuit for $11. And it was pretty good and very filling! I didn’t need to eat again until much later in the day. It’s not fancy at all but it’s a great spot to grab a meal or some snacks before starting your day.

Our 1st time at Universal Studios Surfside Inn and Suites and purchasing from the Beach Break Cafe in Surfside. Will probably never eat here again due to the disappointing food quality. Would rather just walk over to IHOP and get fresh prepared food, especially for breakfast. Waffle at Beach Break Cafe was not cooked long enough and was too pale which caused it to be rubbery with no crunch or texture at all. The packaged strawberry cupcake was spit out after one bite. No strawberry flavor at all, texture airy, and the frosting was whipped cream which was not labeled on the package. Very unappetizing when you're expecting buttercream frosting. Packaged salad had a bitter taste and had to pull out various pieces of dark, shriveled lettuce. Bananas were fresh, bacon was delicious, and croissant with chocolate filling was good but not enough chocolate. The Staff were Amazing! So friendly and caring. The Cafe has a lot of potential with very positive staff, if only the food quality could be improved.

A good variety of options including gluten-free pizza. Great for late evening snacks and dinner. Better than fast food chains.

Guy did not listen when I told him what I wanted to eat. Way overpriced for the quality of food. The food was COLD!!

Disgusting. The staff is nasty and rude. I received a food voucher from the front desk and the cashier YELLED at me like I was her child. Gross, please retrain your employees, I don't need to get yelled at over $15. Front desk apologized, but that crazy lady needs help.

Lots of choice , good value, nice clean seating area, always being cleaned, self service but never waiting long.

The burger was cold and the fries where hard and cold. The lemonade tasted like dirt. Like someone rubbed dirt on the container. How do you eat Roy hamburgers and fries? By ordering them here!
