We had the best afternoon hanging at the pool. We got food and drinks from the Beach Club, and our server was AMAZING! GC was so awesome, he took great care of us— he checked on us so frequently and was incredibly personable & funny. we stayed hours later than we would have because of his great service! 10/10 stars!!

The only reason why you are getting stars is for our waiter.As far as the Atmosphere is good enough but the food was not good. The level of quality was simply not there for an elegant place such as the Hard Rock Hotel.Nachos:A bunch of Nacho chips for sureNachos with hardly any lettuce, Beef was none existence for the portion of the meal.And to top it all off, the so call Beach Club Burger, Raw meat inside after requested for well done.Current Status as of this review, the toilet with messed up guts due to your negligence.

The Beach Club is located next to the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel. They have a lot of table and bar seating. The bartenders were absolutely amazing!! We had a few appetizers and drinks. Get the cheesesteak, you won’t regret it!! Everything was wonderful!

Here staying at the hard rock for a couple of nights to easily access Universal. Two nights in a row we have had the most AMAZING service from Shone. He is the kindest soul and so attentive, great attitude and great at his job! We will miss him when we leave. The food comes in a timely manner and drinks are delivered poolside. The DJ playing today is amazing as well! Sad to have to go back to Maine…will visit again next time we’re in Florida!
I was really surprised with how good the pool food and service was! I definitely recommend eating or drinking here if you’re staying at the resort. We liked the loaded nachos and churros.

I can't speak to the quality of the food because we never got it. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table, and after another 15 minutes we did not have do much as a water. I'm not sure if the problem is understaffing or gross indifference, but I have to assume the majority of the reviews of this place are shills based on our experience. I will say it is a beautiful place to sit if you do not want anything to eat or drink.

Lots of servers dressed in black. Drinks $15-25 so be prepared to spend. Automatic tip of 20% is included. They will deliver to the beach chairs or pool. The drinks were tasty and included plenty of booze. Try the mango blended drink.
