I would like to preface by saying I rarely ever write negative reviews so this is how bothered my experience made me. I came as a party of 6 & I am familiar with restaurants policies of auto grating a party that size which I have no problem with. Usually it is an 18% tip but this restaurant charges 20%. I have no issues with that as I usually tip at the least 20%. Here’s where my issue is. When a server knows they are getting an automatic 20% they shouldn’t then take it like they don’t have to perform to the best of their ability & take care of their guest. Our party ordered quite a lot of food so I expected it to take a little time so when I ordered I said “as an appetizer I would like the spicy buffalo wings.” Well, the wings came out with our meal. Usually I would let that slide. But I asked another server that wasn’t ours because we hadn’t seen ours in a bit if our appetizer of wings was going to come out before our entrees & she said she’d check. Then our waitress, Kristen, came over & said if we wanted the appetizer to come out beforehand we should have said that & that it was an appetizer & people order appetizers as meals. As I mentioned previously, I had asked for the wings as an appetizer. I found it extremely rude that she came over & was combative like that & didn’t say I am so sorry but unfortunately they are all coming out together. But like I said she knew she had that 20% tip coming to her already. I also asked for my chicken sandwich to come with the aioli on the side. But what do you know it came on the sandwich. All things I would have looked past if she didn’t seem like we were an inconvenience to her & barely checking on us. She did drive-bys. Anywho, the atmosphere was great. The food was good. But the waitress put a damper on our mood & should be addressed for her behavior.

I really enjoy their lunch meal by the pool as a break from swimming in the lazy river with a tube. I wish to try one of their other yummy restaurants. I really enjoy the stone walkways. 🦆

Great pool side food options. You can have the food ordered and brought to your chair by using the online food ordered service and chair marker. The process is simple and quick! The buffalo wings were delicious and they serve virgin pina colodas.

A very beautiful resort with its magnificent lagoon, too bad the staff was not up to the task: the air conditioning in my villa did not work normally, it kept fluctuating between 68 and 73 degrees and despite two visits by engineers ", nothing was done and I spent a stay between a current of cold air and a current of hot air. Overall the staff is adorable but lacks professionalism, especially for an establishment that aims to be luxurious, which is a shame.
Food and drinks: The prices of restaurants are very high without the service being up to par.

I am disgusted on how I was treated over the phone when talking to customer service. I called asking for some help and the lady was completely rude! She kept saying she doesn't know what I'm talking about and HANGED UP on me in the middle of me talking. I called back asking for a manager and the same rep hanged up on me AGAIN! I called back for the 3rd time someone else answered and told me no managers are available to help me. I mean what kind of business is Evermore running where they ALLOW their customer service reps just HANG UP on people not once but TWICE. I will get to the president of this company if I have to because that customer service rep should NOT be allowed to work there treating customers they way she did. If she it to me I can imagine how many morenpeople she's done this to. Completely disgusted!!
