Overall the staff is adorable but lacks professionalism, especially for an establishment that aims to be luxurious, which is a shame.
Food and drinks: The prices of restaurants are very high without the service being up to par.

I am disgusted on how I was treated over the phone when talking to customer service. I called asking for some help and the lady was completely rude! She kept saying she doesn't know what I'm talking about and HANGED UP on me in the middle of me talking. I called back asking for a manager and the same rep hanged up on me AGAIN! I called back for the 3rd time someone else answered and told me no managers are available to help me. I mean what kind of business is Evermore running where they ALLOW their customer service reps just HANG UP on people not once but TWICE. I will get to the president of this company if I have to because that customer service rep should NOT be allowed to work there treating customers they way she did. If she it to me I can imagine how many morenpeople she's done this to. Completely disgusted!!

Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience
I recently stayed at this property for four nights and I am beyond disappointed. The cost was an outrageous $9,000, and I expected at least a decent level of service for that price. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, there was no room service, no trash pickup, and they never cleaned our room even once. I had to deal with dirty towels and an unkempt room throughout my stay, which is completely unacceptable for the price we paid. It felt more like I was camping than enjoying a luxury getaway.
The so-called “artificial lake/bay” was nice, but it certainly didn’t justify the exorbitant cost. Additionally, the on-site restaurants were a letdown. They offered limited food choices at prices that were just as ridiculous as the room rate.
To top it all off, the customer service(Vanessa)was abysmal. Staff seemed indifferent to our complaints and concerns, which only added to the frustration of our stay.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. It’s not worth your hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and look for a better option elsewhere!

Overall, have great experience, a couple things I wish I had known in advance, limited parking, 9 bedroom house with only 3 parking spaces assigned. There were no TVs in 7 of the bedrooms.

Best resort in the Orlando area including everything Disney and Universal have to offer. Others don't have 8 acres of water, a giant water slide, 20 acres of beach, 2 golf courses, 12 restaurants, 11 bedroom houses for rent, 4 bedroom flats, 2 bedroom apartments, and a Conrad Hilton on the grounds. And it's just outside Disney.

Beautiful resort, amazing property. You felt like you were at the beach! Tons of daily activities to choose from! Great place to spend Christmas with our family!
Rooms: Comfy beds, although very low to the ground! Cute decor. Only has showers, no bath tubs. Tough with little ones who like tubs! We improvised with kitchen sink baths since the sink was the perfect size!
Nearby activities: They have tons of free activities, as well as some that have a small fee. Close to Disney properties but there aren't any shuttles to them.
Safety: Felt very safe!
Walkability: Lots of places to walk to on property. Not walkable to off property places.
Food and drinks: Several places to order food and drinks on property
Noteworthy details: Evermore was quick to respond to inquiries. They brought complimentary high chair and pack n play.

So, let’s start with the positives! The grounds are excellent. Well maintained. Staff is super friendly. Staff seemed happy to be there and happy to see us. There is plenty to do. We stayed for a week and never got bored. The fine dining restaurants are top notch with great service. The casual restaurants were solid and speedy. So……the flip side. Our condo wasn’t the cleanest. Leftover pretzels on the floor. The balcony and balcony furniture was covered with bird poop. No birds around, so I imagine it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We were supposed to have a crib and a high chair in the room, but not there. When they brought them, the crib was broken. Had to wait again for another one. The coffee machine wasn’t working. Should have been checked before we arrived. The permanent mesh filter was missing and it was clogged. Coffee and water went everywhere. Overall it’s a beautiful resort. It’s a little pricy, which is ok, but would expect just a little more attention to detail for the price.
