My daughter and soninlaw went for a tasting, we ordered a cake, spent over $1,200.00. There was not much filling, and they asked forbuttercream but it was fondant. Not happy about the cake. Would not buy from there again.

We ordered a wedding cake it was over $1,200 the contract says buttercream and it was fondant barely any cream in the middle. Very dissapointing, live and learn. We even went to a tasting. Definately would not recommend.

We did a custom cake for my dad 60th bday and it turned out amazing! I sent in a photo of my dad on his wedding day and she was able to print out an edible version of it on the cake. Everyone loved it! The cake tasted amazing as well! Definitely will be using her again.

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake and the treats package from Belen and it was nothing but exceptional. Belen herself is an absolute pleasure to work with. We were a bit nervous initially as my husband is from the UK and I am from Canada and we were planning a destination wedding without a wedding planner. We had our cake tasting initially in February and we'd picked the four flavours, fillings and buttercreams. Each and every item was delectable. Before I even had a chance to finish testing each of the cupcakes, my husband had already polished off most of his plate! You can taste the love Belen puts into her baking. We ended up going with the dulce de leche cake and filling with the caramel buttercream and it was such a hit with our friends and family! It was unique and very different to the typical vanilla, chocolate or red velvet flavours you usually find at weddings. The treat were so delicious that we had to get a family member to save one each for us as they were nearly gone by the time we had a chance to get to the dessert table! I would recommend Belen for the lovely customer service she provides, her skill in creating a beautiful wedding cake for us, and the taste of all the treats and the cake she made for us. We will definitely be back in touch with Belen any time we are in Orlando!

We communicated through June 5, 2024, with an actual design, where WE confirmed a price and pick-up time. She advised that she would send an invoice. I did not hear anything back, so I emailed on July 3, 2024, to confirm my order, and.................nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as a business. If you could not fulfill my order, then you should have told me that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!

Bells cake house did a wonderful job with our wedding desserts! We absolutely ADORED the cake, donuts, and chocolate strawberries. We got a two tiered cake with two different flavors, a strawberry Champaign and a hummingbird decorated with beautiful Celtic knots. They were the best tasting and best decorated wedding cake vendor we found. And they were able to easily deliver to our venue in central Orlando as well.
I highly recommend Bells Cake House who crafted a beautiful wedding cake which was the focal point for so many photos at our wedding! The variety and presentation were absolutely delightful, and our guests were raving about them throughout the event. Bell is my literal hero. My husband and I got married in Orlando, FL 3 weeks ago, and had originally ordered a cake from a bakery in Fort Pierce (closer to where we live) due to a special they were running. The plan was to have my brother pick it up the day before and bring it up to Orlando where we would hold it until our wedding the next day... Unfortunately, the cake didn't quite make the trip and was quite thoroughly destroyed LOL (I can laugh about it now, but in the moment, it wasn't quite as funny.) We went into panic mode, calling nearby bakeries, trying to find a resolution, as it was already 3:00 PM on a Saturday and we weren't sure anyone would be willing or able to make a new one so quickly. Bell's Cake House was the third place that we called, and she was SO SWEET and accommodating, assuring us that she could absolutely have a new cake made in time for the wedding and that it would even be the same design and flavor as the original one. In light of the situation, she offered us a very generous discount, and even threw on an extra tier for free (which we didn't know about until we saw our cake at the wedding and asked her about it the next day). The cake was absolutely beautiful, and tasted delicious. Bell is THE BEST and we cannot thank her enough. <3
