Just left right now and I normally don't write reviews but the service was absolutely amazing. After a hot day my kids and I stopped for some ice cream. We are visiting the area and don't know much about Ben and Jerry's but the kind young man who served us Renan Moises let us sample a few flavors and was very patient with us. The ice cream was a little melted but overall the service was amazing and made up for it. We will definitely come back in the future.

I dont trust and believe yelp ratings for some time. This is place is a good example of why i do not trust. Ben & jerry's and haagen dazs are the best tasting ice cream chains in USA. And american people give low ratings to these 2 companies. Because They like the very bad taste of Baskin Robbins ice cream.

I don't know who paid the people that rated this place a 5 star place but they were WAY off. This place is super pricey and the ice cream is below average. My chocolate ice cream was watery and the Oreo ice cream tasted minty and freezer burnt. The waffle cone was pulled out of the freezer and was stale. Don't expect it being fresh and please DONT expect it to taste anything like actual pints from the store. We paid $16 for two cones. WASTE. OF. MONEY.

Awesome end to my birthday celebration! Service was outstanding! The guy who took care of us was very patient as we tried to decide what we wanted even though it was close to closing. He talked to us about options, made great suggestions, and let us sample a couple of flavors. He was positive, kind, and funny! I wanted a milkshake that wasn't on the menu, and he did his best to accommodate. We will definitely be back due to his terrific service!

I went today with my family after visiting another near by Ben and jerrys at a movie and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in it smelled amazing and the customer service was excellent. The young boy who tended us, was so kind, patient, and made excellent suggestions, making our decisions a breeze. His attitude was so chipper and he had great energy! The ice cream is a bit more expensive but you can tell it's worth it with every bite. Will definitely be coming back! Great ice cream, and fantastic employees!
