The ice cream was obviously wonderful and my waffle bowl dipped in chocolate was amazing. It was just a shame there was only one girl working on a busy Friday night. The wait was fine since I was with friends, but I know it kinda sucks to be the one working that situation and having to go between food and money.

My family and I had a great experience at the store but the door was closed the first time we went there and on our second attempt on another day we stood outside for 20 mins waiting for the girl to come back from god knows where. Both times the sign on the door said be back in 10 mins. I had to call another store to find out if that store was closed for the day. The person I spoke with told me she would get the staff member there, which she did.

A huge thank you to the young man working here tonight at closing. I'm chaperoning a yearbook convention across the street. My kids were at a movie and my young and (ornery) son was with me waiting to pick them up. All he wanted was chocolate ice cream which they didn't have. He settled on vanilla with mini M&Ms but he didn't like it. He said he wished he could just have some M&Ms and the young man working gave him a little cup of them. It made his night. Thanks again!!

Ok so the staff definitely deserves 5 stars, the store itself however does not. I went there the other day and it was already seriously hot out, so why not ice cream right? It would have been a much better experience if the store wasn't so hot. I do hope the ac gets fixed soon. Kinda hard to enjoy ice cream if it's melting before you get to enjoy it. I feel bad for the staff as well, having to work in such a condition.
