Whilst at Universal Studios,my partner fancied an ice cream and pointed out the Ben and Jerrys. We chose to share a Banana Split and were not disappointed. Three large scoops of ice cream : Chunky Monkey A Salted Caramel and A Peanut variety.....sorry...cannot remember the exact names ? A banana Nuts Chocolate chips Hot caramel sauce and Whipped cream. Glad we shared it ? Was absolutely delicious and under $10. Best value we saw in Universal that day ? No issue with the staff. Sat in and thoroughly enjoyed our Banana Split Sundae ?

As a huge ben and jerry's fan, I decided to go to this location while in the parks. I went and asked for a one scoop tub (of New York Super fudge chunk). The employee then proceeded to pull out the biggest cup size they had, so I reminded her I had only asked for a scoop. She then had to ask again what flavour I wanted so I told her and she scooped my ice cream. I was handed my tub and it had an overwhelming peanut taste. I looked up the ingredients of the flavour I asked for and peanut was not on it, so I looked up the flavours they offered and I appeared to have received a tub of chocolate peanut butter swirl. This was a problem for 2 reasons. 1, I was paying $7 for a single scoop of ice cream here, in a flavour that I hadn't asked for and that I didn't like and 2, what if I had had a peanut allergy? I'm lucky I didn't but if someone had asked for one flavour and accidentally got another it could have had dangerous consequences. I get mistakes happen, but when you're paying so much for so little, the least they can do is get the order right. Wasn't impressed and won't be back

Good service and awesome product. By $25. for 1 cone and 2 cups seems a bit much. I should have gotten 3 cones. Same price I think
Limited selection, compared to other scoop shoppes but it was still a nice treat. Friendly people working there and that’s always nice.
