This restaurant is located on the second floor of citywalk area. It is outside the main park, so accessible without a park ticket. It is mostly a takeout store, but few tables are available in front of the store.
We put in order for few baos, a poke rice bowl and a mango drink. During the order they didn’t ask if it’s for stay or to go, I assumed it was to go. So when the order came out few minutes later, I had to pack all of it myself. They also forgot my mango drink, I had to remind them.
There’s only few times in ages that I was scared just looking at a dish, the duck bao and poke bowls were one of them. The duck was so plain, it looked ghost white. The poke bowls had some rice, meat and sauce, looked so unappealing. Sure enough none of them had any flavor or real taste. I was glad at least the mango twist was good enough drink.

This is a take out place. I had the pork belly bao and it is the best pork belly bao I ever had. And yes, I’m comparing it to all the restaurants I’ve been that have served the same. And also comparing the pork from NYC Chinatown. This one is amazing and I would definitely go back to have more and try the other ones.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place has no customer service the “manager” is extremely rude. He saw us standing in line and when we got up to ordered he sent us away saying he’s closed and how we were lying about being in the line from before. Which untrue. We were waiting behind 2 other customers. He was so standoffish and just horrible. Thank god we didn’t purchase from here. Hope the establishment recognizes that their horrible management is running this place into the ground.

The Manager is very rude. Was in line near closing and rudely told me he’s not serving me after I was standing in line and lied and said he told me he was only serving the woman in front of me however he didn’t say that. Proceeded to rudely address my sister and I and tell us off.
Super rude and incompetent. The employee Londyn, she couldn't even open the gate to open the business. They opened 10 minutes late AFTER we waited 15 minutes at the door for them to open. She had a horrible attitude, she was short with us, slammed the napkins, and was really unprofessional when speaking to her manager. They also didn't have several toppings ready. Full price for incomplete product. Definitely avoid this stop when visiting.

This place is so-so. For the price it should be better. It is definitely theme park quality baos. I would equate it to if McDonalds made baos, they would be this.

I am so sorry I forgot to do this review a while back.
This was around April 17 2024 - April 19 2024 (specifically the 17 around lunch time.)
For trying bao for the first time, it was pretty good!
But the thing that made the experience really great was the very sweet register person with the glasses and the chill chef.
My friend and I couldn't stop talking about our experience.
It then became a highlight our day. Especially because my friend and I were just walking around the City Walk.
I really need to find a place up here in NC that serve bao, I would totally eat it again!
Again, the person at the register, was giving CFA service quality. But BETTER!

I had the Kimchee FC and it was so good! Very fresh and great flavor.
Blown away!!!! I ordered the veggie bao and oh my godddddd. I had to go back to the window to order more. INSANELY delicious! This will be my go to any time I go to city walk.
Best Bao Buns I have ever had. Price is expensive but thats expected being right outside the park. I would totally eat these again, but I probably would take them to go and eat by the water.
The food was really bad. The chicken bao was better than the other but wouldn’t come back nor recommend. The guy at the counter was really nice though
Very good and fresh, the shrimp was my favorite. A little pricey but the quality was there and worth it.
