I had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the service was just as impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both incredible food and outstanding service, but this one does it perfectly. Our family had such an amazing time at Benihana’s! It was our kids’ first visit and they had an absolute blast. Will took great care of us throughout the evening, and Nate, our chef, was outstanding—he kept everyone entertained and had our kids laughing nonstop. The food was delicious, the experience was fun, and the service was excellent. As our kids said at the end, “20/10, would recommend!”

We decided to come here for my husband’s 50th birthday. When we got there there they gave our table away. We waited about an 1 hour to be served. The atmosphere was not up to par the AC was messed up. They had a back up. We were not happy with the service at all. We will never come here again. I rather go to Kobe we had a better time there. Not worth the price!

Crowded but fun and lively. The text told us our table was ready, but then it was another 20 minutes after that before we were seated. That was the only disappointment of the night. Christopher, our waiter was very attentive. Our chef was also excellent.
Will was a great server and Che Le N was awesome! We had a great meal and the service was very good! There was a woman at our table that was a hustler; she received the same service we did, yet when it came time to pay she complained that she was treated badly and so on! The whole time she was speaking with a manager I was shaking my head no, not true. She was looking for a free meal. I made sure to let the manager know away from the table that what she was telling them wasn’t true! I’d hate for a server and the Chef to get in trouble for something they didn’t do!

First of all the server does not seem happy welcoming etc and secondly he did not tell us about magical dining I came here for it I got no ice in the refill I didn’t get my dessert and I had to beg the chef to give me ginger sause which he didn’t offer to anyone at the table Second I have aspbergers the manager refused to acknowledge my limits I will not be coming back I guess when you are one of 300 people in a day /night you don’t matter your rival Japanese’s house Kobe is much more friendly and we were not offered hot green tea at all I wanted steamed rice I was given a hard time the Gyza was terrible and cold
