I from south Florida and I just moved here. It’s been so hard to find real good Haitian food that taste like my momma cooking. Mannnn she has the best Mac and cheese it’s creamy and not dry!!!! The griot was seasoned and perfect. The rice had flavor before I even put the sauce. Her picked onions is good her pikliz had juice and not dry like many other places. Let’s talk about the service. If you Haitian you know it’s hard to get top tier service. She was sooo nice and even asked me how much sauce I want on the side. She literally is the sweetest and made sure I had everything to enjoy this meal!!! Please support!
