Bento by UCF is a cashless restaurant. Order from a monitor. Then the food comes out in no particular order, and it seldom comes out at once. If there are 5 people in your group, 4 could end up waiting 20 plus minutes for their entre, so don't plan on making this a date night, you will be disappointed. Unless you order "to go" (and I've thought of doing this), in which case food inevitably comes out together. I'm currently timing them. Right now I've been waiting for my entre for 15 minutes while my husband already has his food. Wait update- 20 minutes. I had to let my party eat without me. This is typical. We play the guessing game, who'll wait endlessly for their food this time. Ambiance- Bento is very casual... too casual. The server (at the counter) handed me the cups by the rim of the cups and while I don't plan on drinking directly from it, well, it's a big no for me. Great portions, good food. Just order to go.

Had a craving for a fast Japanese fix and Bento hit the spot. This was our fast time visiting and we found the experience to be very good. You can select from a variety of different bowl options, sushi, appetizers and bubble teas. Ordering was quick with the kiosks. We had a small delay in our sushi and the staff and manager graciously took care of us immediately. Everyone was friendly and the vibe is definitely trendy and University-centered. They are non-stop busy but do a great job of getting things done. Seating was ample, clean and plenty of parking in the area. I saw a lot of reviews talking about prices being high here but visit any Japanese restaurant and it will easily cost 2 x more than this spot.

I got a rainbow roll, and the pieces of fish were absolutely tiny. And it just tastes okay. $12. Horrible pricing for the value. Miso tastes pretty good but there wasn't much tofu or mushroom slices. Noodles were cold even though it was dine-in.

I came here with my mom the other day after a long time and we both got food poisoning. The food tasted really bland. I'm a UCF grad, I've been coming here since 2017, but I can't recommend this place anymore.

Good sushi and friendly staff. Certainly more affordable than many sushi places around town.

We placed our order on the Bento App and everything was awesome. The food was ready on time for pick-up. The order was cooked to perfection! The staff was very friendly and customer focused. A very pleasant experience!Parking: Plenty of spots available in the lot and garage and easy in and out

Great flavors and nice variety, but the price for the amount of food is too high. 2 rolls, 1 bento box (that didn't have a lot of editing options), a side of noodles, and 5 dumplings was $70...

Head to Kyoto's or Oyishi for an exceptional dining experience! Unfortunately, Bentos left much to be desired. The prices were steep for the quality of food we received. My order, a Steak Hibachi rice bowl, lacked protein and featured undercooked vegetables. Even the sushi my wife ordered left us feeling unsatisfied; the rolls were minuscule, leaving us hungry. It's evident that the portions and food quality have seen a significant decline. In light of these issues, it's reasonable to suggest a reevaluation of pricing strategies. We won't be returning to Bentos. If the establishment aimed to match their prices with improved food quality, I believe they'd witness a significant shift in customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, it seems profits take precedence over guest experience. I implore Bentos' leadership to sample their own dishes and reconsider their approach.

The inside was nice and the servers are friendly. The food was okay but not worth the price. The $16 sushi box satisfied me but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. The taro milk tea was a little pricey for its flavor too. Would likely come again though it did satisfy me.

Good food but why is this place so selfish about providing chopsticks, your main selling point is literally sushi. Every time I order delivery they don't give me chopsticks, even when it’s purely a sushi order. How do you put sushi in a bag and send it off with no chopsticks, even without realizing. Requesting it in the instructions has done no help either. How odd of a thing to do.

The food is good but expensive for what you get. The restaurant dining room was very dirty. I couldn't find a clean table and the floors were dirty.Vegetarian options: Tofu dishes, vegetable dishes, vegetable sushi
