takes an hour for your food to come out. the employees at the front are really nice but cooks are just SO SLOW AND RUIN THE EXPERIENCE. go to an actual authentic asian place with little kids playing roblox in the corner and giving u the menu thats how u know u getting the real deal

I had the volcano roll via delivery. I don’t know who made my roll, but I bit down on something hard. Thank God I didn’t swallow it. It was a piece of hard plastic or ceramic! It looked like a broken piece of a plate! I called and talked to a supervisor because he said a manager was not available. He promised to make it right and to tell the manager when he arrived, and that the manager would call me. No one has called to make it right yet! So I’m just gonna leave this review right here. That could’ve been a child eating that and they could’ve swallowed it! Food safety needs to be a priority!

Great flavors, portions, and unique offerings! At 1st we thought it was closed bec. it was hard to see through the very dark windows but so glad we went inside! Loved the Bao bun/crispy chicken, miso soup was amazing, bento box great! They really do a great job on flavor. Music was a bit too loud but wow the food...

The entire staff here is flawless especially angelyna It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back from the moment I walked in the staff was attentive and nice I love the cozy vibe in here and the food was good and the price was right ! New customers for life !

Don’t get me wrong ,food is good, just a tad overpriced
Be ready to wait a bit as the time to order is close to lunch or dinner ( makes sense),
High traffic allways I guess I have to try different meals to grade them

Angelyna was super sweet and amazing. She was very polite and gave me great suggestions. She reccommended I try the ramune and it was so good. I got the chicken katsu bento and it was delicous!

We only had the sushi but it was all delicious. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. You can both order at a kiosk or with a person which was nice since it was our first time and we had questions. They also have rice bowls, poke bowls, and bento boxes that we are looking forward to trying next time we're on that side of town again.

I went yesterday with my daughter because we love bento boxes. We ordered the veggie stir fry and asked them not to add carrots. I received a bowl with an excessive amount of onion and a few broccoli florets. They didn't add any bell pepper. I've been visiting this restaurant for 8 years and nothing like this has ever happened before. The service was good, but the food was terrible. They're putting less and less protein in the bowl each time. Very disappointed. I wasted my money.
