I think this is easily my favorite restaurant for Asian food in Orlando and quite possibly my favorite bento box in my quest for trying bentos anywhere that they are an option. The options are great with their Korean base being my absolute favorite for flavor and veggies. Their garlic green beans are always cooked perfectly and I love getting rice AND noodles with their bento. The meat is quality and cooked perfect. Reasonable prices with drinks and bottled beer available inside. Great setup for take out. Wish I could get one to open by us in NC I would eat there every day.

I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding my first experience at Bento Asian Restaurant.
I drove nearly three hours to try your food after seeing so many amazing reviews and was genuinely excited to finally visit. Unfortunately, that excitement turned into frustration and disappointment.
When I was ready to pay, I was told that cash was not accepted. I explained that cash was the only form of payment I had, and the cashier briefly asked around for change. When no one had cash available, I was simply told that I could not be served. As a result, I was denied food and service entirely, despite being ready to pay and extremely hungry.
It was upsetting to be turned away after traveling such a long distance, especially over something that could have been communicated more clearly beforehand. I understand businesses may have payment policies, but denying a willing customer service—without signage or advance notice—felt very discouraging.
I don’t believe any business would want to turn away customers who are eager to support them. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment I did.

Went to H-Mart in West Orlando and suddenly wanted Asian food 😁 Stopped here on the way home and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. This was my first time here and I would definitely return. I ordered the kimchi fried rice and my hubby ordered the Shanghai noodles. Both dishes were EXTREMELY FLAVORFUL 😋😋😋😋😋and the portion size was plenty!!

Additional shoutout to the crew behind the counter. They did an awesome job of shouting a greeting to everyone that walked in 🫶🏾

This was my first time eating here while on vacation, and I’m so glad I stopped by! The food was absolutely delicious. The bento boxes were outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the boba was great, especially for the price. Everything tasted amazing, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in town!

Was trying to place an online order, but was having issues so I called and spoke with Echo. She was awesome, stayed on the phone until I placed my order and she made sure that everything with my order was correct and then some! Great customer service and was blown away as I have lived in this area for 12 years and don't eat out much because of the lack of good service.
