I got the Mexican roll for take out and it was awful. Dry and a sliver of cream cheese. Absolutely do not recommend.

We were looking for something substantially less touristy in an area with a very high tourist population. This worked for us. You order at a touch screen on the counter and pay there too. Pick up your number card and grab a seat. Ten minutes later, they bring out your food to your table. Simple and easy and not some whacked out $45 for all you can eat business like so many other places. The food was good and all 4 of us enjoyed it just fine. I got the poke bowl, which I custom ordered to my liking. Others got katsu chicken, Mongolian chicken bento box, and a sweet & sour chicken bento box. Everyone left happy.

I just wanna say that staff member Arkham (sorry if I spelled wrong) delivered top tier service to my girlfriend and I, starting off with a friendly greeting as soon as we entered the establishment. My food was taking a little bit longer than expected and I had a flight to catch, so I let Arkham know and he immediately apologized and was on it right away. He even gave us a 10$ gift card for the inconvenience, and let us know that if we need anything to let him know. We greatly appreciated the kind gestures that Arkham delivered. Great job!

Food was very late 25 minutes and they gave no utensils when ordering from our hotel indicating we should have added the request to our order or else eat with our hands.

they indicated they only give one count ONE soy sauce packet per roll and not more. The wasabi was barely there. We are visiting and don’t know better/ person on the phone instead of making it right told me to take it up with door dash. We will.

We love to visit little restaurants like this and this place did not disappoint. The server was attentive and sweet. The food was amazing if not a little pricey. But over all this has been added to the list of restaurants we will eat at again. This place is work going out of your way for. With over 2 pages of sushi rolls and enough appraisers to fill a room this place is great for small and large groups alike.

Very bad experience, we were eating and one of the people who works delivering the food spilled some pink sauce and I had to clean it up, it got all over my shoes and socks, I almost fell when I stood up, the place was very dirty and on top of that I didn't see the person who spilled the sauce or clean it up, I had to call someone else

Portion for price is awful but the service is even worse. I’m always having to ask them where my order is and it’s just sitting on the counter. No apology or anything. Has the audacity to ask for tips at self checkout though
