Alex, the manger was beyond helpful and probably one of the most professional mangers I’ve ever spoke to. I felt the krab wontons were lacking tonight, which is a first, because they are always amazing and he told me the recipe was a new one they were trying. So hopefully they bring back the old recipe because it was a 10/10.

I love Bento! I've been going since I was in college because there's one right next to UCF. They have a diverse menu, so if you're craving Asian food, there's something for every taste. The quality-quantity-price ratio is also on point. My favorite part has to be how quickly it is. Usually, when I get Asian food, it's a sit-down restaurant with a server. I like that at Bento I can place my order at the counter and someone will bring to my table relatively quickly. Of course, that depends and how busy the restaurant is and the staff of that specific location. It's nice to have this option when you're in the mood for something quick and chill. My go-to has always been the "build-a-poké." The portions are so big I normally get the small one and it's more than enough. They have many yummy options for protein, additions, toppings, and sauces. I like to try different combinations whenever I go, and they never disappoint.

Customer service was very poor- workers are not friendly or welcoming. Went there for the first time to dine in and thought I would be brought utensils along with the food-nope! when I asked if I could get some forks the cashier just pointed to the forks. They took forever to serve my food and then an eternity to bring out my drinks. I felt so uncomfortable- will never go back.

Food was ok. Bit overpriced, and took 45 min to get 2 sushi rolls. And the place eas empty at the time. 40$ for 2 bad sushi rolls is just a joke.

First time, I will be back. Went there for noodles on the Chinese New Year. Litzy greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome. She was so good at explaining the menu and being patient with me. She steered me to the Mongolian Bowl, it was incredible! Every one was very helpful and accommodating. This place is worth checking out.Once again, a special shout out to Litzy.

I have been to many bento locations. Each one has a different layout and design. The food is always amazing and the staff are also great.Parking: The parking lot is big and empty most of the time. At night it might be a bit hard to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.
