Food was great! Stopped by for dinner, and had no issues with food quality or wait. I recommend the Katsu Bento box. Felt like a good amount of food for the price. If we come back through Orlando this will be #1 on my list!

The first time I experienced this place a man from Mexico that could not speak English wanted to buy me lunch. They opened during the pandemic and now I know why this Chinese oriented place doesn't take gold, nor, paper, and if you don't read English in the internet good luck ordering from here because you can't. This is the beginning of the horrible end. And they have rats outside which I'm not very happy about not just a rat for several years of rats and they come over to the nieborhoods now... That's Chinese sushi I guess? So I tried it again this time since I guess bc ive tried every restaurant in town they delivered, tried twice, delivering from the day yesterday and horrible. And I just can't believe we are doing this to ourselves? We're not giving people paper straight from the pandemic? Get em out!!!Meaning it was in the middle of the day and since I really didn't know what he wanted I asked for a menu no it's one he computer, at the time my computer was about to die so I figured all customer service would just somehow have something I could see to order and pay with paper or gold, no they wouldn't tell me what they had to eat and for that he couldn't really use the computer and if he did there would no way for me to explain that one so I said , so I can't pay you to tell me what you have to eat no I wish it's all in line. Sadly there are no signs inside or outside that explains this soThere's no way in hell I would work there telling people you have to look online we don't have a menu and for that sadly od like to see some more solar flares so the4rs no computer or phone connection is like to see if we can come up with a different way of communication

The food too expensive and the culture behind the restaurant is trash. As a former employee I honestly don't appreciate how they charge so much for so little. It doesn't make sense that you have a business to want to make people happy with your food yet you gotta cut corners to make ends meet. Some of the workers there aren't it either and I thank God I left when I did.

Ordered Bento delivery for mid week dinner and everything hit the spot! It came well packaged in good quality. The Chicken Katsu in the rice bowl was crispy and went perfectly with the sweet and spicy "Pao Pao" dipping sauce. The Mt. Fuji roll exceeded my expectations in flavor and didn't need much dipping sauce. The chicken sesame rice bowl was satisfying along with a side of mushroom miso soup. Would order again as a weekly dinner staple in my neighborhood!

The food is pretty solid. Love their katsu box. Ordered from ubereats and all my stuff was opened, sushi was not protected and my drinks were missing. Seal and protect your food better for delivery. Not completely your fault since you cannot control what the drivers at ubereats do. But something to improve on.

Horrible experience. After a long day of travel- we head into bento, order a single meal to go, and the Resturant was empty. Within 25 minutes 4 full tables filled, ordered, and were served as we still waited. By the time our food was bagged we knew it was the food sitting in the boxes for the almost half hour of not being packed. When asking for a refund since our food would not be good and we were very unhappy, the whole staff decided we didn’t need a refund. Also stated they carry zero cash? Also told us we could get a refund for the salad & dumpling side we had, but not the chicken dinner. Makes you wonder if they are just going to reuse those two sides for another person. Save your time and money- eat elsewhere!

First time dining at Bento Asian Kitchen in Dr Phillips - what a total disappointment!! And was truly looking forward to it!!! First of all I don't like cashless - I want a choice. Don't tell me I can't use cash. Makes me crazy.... Ordered the sichuan chicken bento box (see pic). What does sichuan mean to you?? Hot? That's what it means to me -- was served sweet. Gross!! Don't like sweet - wanted hot! Sooo annoying. Served Lo Mein noodles and it was just oily with no flavor. Also had a ginger salad, I think this might have been good if there was dressing on the salad. There also was garlic green beans - yum! And lastly sticky white rice. The rice and green beans were the only things edible in the box. One of the employees dropped off my friends extra "to go" item and I mentioned how tasteless my entire meal was and she didn't even care. Just said - "huh, guess I'll mention it to the chef". HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS??? I think this might be the toughest review I've written but OMG YUCK!

Bento is a staple. Quick and customizable. Thought I’d try this pickup location. I asked for teriyaki sauce and was told it was extra. Every location I’ve ever been to always gives at least one complimentary sauce per roll, bowl, etc. I also was asked to show him the order on my phone because he apparently didn’t have it (despite my order being half made on the counter) and he touched my phone with his dirty gloves yuck. I’ll just drive the extra 5 mins to Lake Nona next time

Incomplete delivery order numerous times, and very difficult to get in touch with the store to solve the issues. Once I do get someone on the phone, the only option is a refund of the missing item. Do better.

So disappointed in this bento location. I ordered a poke bowl and soup for dinner tonight and upon delivery, I received one bowl that was completely different than what I had ordered. After receiving a refund, I tried ordering again, hoping that I might receive the correct food this time... to no avail. Instead I received another incorrect bowl with only half of the ingredients that I had ordered. I didn't bother to get a refund this time because I'm sure they'd just think I'm trying to scam them, which is not my intention. Was hoping for the correct order, but I guess the saying "fool me twice, shame on me" is accurate here. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accuracy that this location has provided and very annoyed that I did not receive what I paid for.
