The food tasted good don’t get me wrong decent amount of toppings could’ve used a couple extra pieces of meat but such a little amount of rice to where it to suffice to almost anything in my stomach. I would have to eat like 4 of those just to not feel hungry no more and it’s literally rice the cheapest thing out of everything why skimp on that? If they simply filled up majority of the bowl with rice and used the same amount of toppings could’ve easily been a 4 star review

poke bowls are more expensive than ramen and barely a substantial serving for the price on a college campus. the miso soup tasted like beef broth. the guy gave me my poke bowl and said “do you want the miso soup?” like uh yeah, i did order and already pay for a side of miso soup..? and then gave me a fork and chopsticks even though i asked three times for a spoon for the soup. 2 ⭐️ is for the good vegetarian options but not worth the price imo.

Came to grab a bowl of ramen for lunch. Was unfortunately dissapointed with the service and the food. The ramen seemed like it was put together haphazardly, the ramen broth was bland and I found a piece of plastic in my bowl while eating. I appreciate that the manager was able to give me a refund for the meal. I hope that more care and quality can be put in their service and food in the future.

Too small portions for almost 15$. Food is good and I enjoy it but the portions are inconsistent. Some will give you good portions and some will not.

Grabbed dinner after a football game. Ordered food at approx 9pm. We specifically asked what time they close in which they said 11pm. We ordered 2 meals and one Hot Lava Sushi Roll. The meals came fast and the waiter said she was just waiting on the sushi roll. After we are our meals, I went up to let them know I never got the sushi. I was looking to just get a refund and call it a day. They insisted on making it for me - no refund. We got sushi 50 minutes after we ordered it. Epic Fail Bento!!

I love getting the bento boxes. Portions are great for the price. Definitely a delicious treat to consider when you're in the student union.

After moving my young in' into her apartment, we were famished so decided to pop into a familiar place. Okay ve been to two a their locations; Jacksonville and Downtown Orlando. No his spot was totally different, maybe because it's been a while and things Chan b/c of the pandemic...not sure, but it was more of a cafeteria style, Anyway, orders the General Tsos noodle bowl and was slightly disappointed; first it was cold, so I returned it, they seemingly popped it into the microwave and returned it to me (it was literally less than five minutes) just the Sam, the top of the bowl was hot and again the food was still cold, I cut my looses, boxed it up to take home. Additionally, I remember General Tso being spicy..except here. Not even an option..the tea was less than desirable, mango did not taste like mango, like there added a dab of mango purée to the black tea and dropped the pearls in and done. The best part about this meal was the hat you get plenty, just not hot or spicy. Would I recommend, probably not.

I wanted something more than a burger. The donburi is boring. The veggie comes in as salad type mix, just with napa cabbage than regular cabbage. Veggies are parboiled or just heated up in water for the bowl. Pork "chasu" had no flavor. Very reliant on sauces put into the bowl for flavor. Wawa self order touch screens are a standard compared to this place.Doesnt take cash, card only

Located inside the UCF Student Union is the Bento Kiosk. This location has zero relation to the Asian Kitchen just off campus, and it shows in the product. In the 6 or so times I have purchased from this stand, I have only ever been mildly pleased with the product. Prices are high, quality is low.Sushi will sit in the cooler for a day or so it seems. The taste and texture is nonexistent. Avocado in rolls will have visibly browned. Rolls will have been smashed inside the containers, etc. They still want upwards of $7 a roll however. It feels like I'm buying sushi in a gas station. Can't recommend it unless you're not particular about how the food tastes.

Yummy ramen! The team is very courteous and I got my ramen right away. The serving amount was just right! I was definitely satisfied after. I'd be curious to try the sushi next time.

Prior to a staff change, this place would have been rated a lot higher (because of the staff alone). The meals are still fair but the personnel not quite and outgoing and helpful! When “John” was at this location it made this a place you were compelled to come back to! He has transferred to a location in Altamonte Springs, I am sure their numbers have gone up substantially! The management at this location is great and try to ensure you are satisfied.
