Fantastic food. Very nice server. Construction has the windows boarded over with cheap plywood. Looks very tacky. Piano but nobody playing. For a restaurant like this I expect more. I understand construction but maybe put up nice curtains or something. They should have someone playing the piano or at the least a little music playing for ambience. It was very sterile and boring.

Lamb chops were excellent and other food was very good. Given a private room for our larger party which was perfect. They forgot one of the salads and had to serve ourselves wine a couple of times but all in all a great night and will return.

We had an amazing family dinner at BiCE. Our server was George and he was so engaging with and attentive to our table, particularly our kids. The food was amazing. We had the carpaccio, burrata, caprese salad and bruschetta as appetizers and the beef short rib stuffed pasta (can't remember the name of the pasta), spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta in brown butter and sage, lasagna and the seafood pasta. All were amazing. The atmosphere was fancy, but relaxed. You can easily go in what you wore to the park or dress up a bit - no one was out of place. Highly recommend for a nice dinner out as a couple or with the family.

Excellent food and service. Pretty cheap considering the quality of the food. We were treated like adults which was nice and not common for us as we are only 21 and sometimes get treated like kids. Mine and my boyfriend's only complaint is that not all of the guests were within the dress code and was disappointed that we were all dressed up, and others were in essentially a bathing suit cover up.

The food was amazing. Staff was a little thin so was slow at times and lots of renovations going on so not much atmosphere. Will definitely go again though the food was amazing.

Having recently finished reading Stanley Tucci's book, Taste, and was intrigued by the history of the restaurant Bice in Italy, described in detail in the book. I was AMAZED to find this same concept in Orlando on vacation. My husband and I had the most wonderful dinner, with our server George, who's hospitality and knowledge was fabulous! Our drinks and food, we ate and drank every bite and left full and happy. Gluten-free pasta, rack of lamb, you name it. I wish we had a Bice in Denver!

The food was good. In my opinion the best part was the complementary ciabatta bread that was offered. I felt like it just melted in my mouth. It was accompanied with three dipping selections. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil with red chili flakes. I did a combo dip with the olive oil and balsamic…. Chef’s kiss! I don’t drink but they do have a wine / drink list available. I asked for a mock tail and Richard, the bar tender made something custom with, mint and black berries. It turned out great! We started with Polpettine di Granchio e Patate Potato & Crab Cakes, Honey Mustard & Crème Fraiche … $25. I believe they used potatoes as the filling vs, breading. It wasn’t bad, a bit bland, but the texture crispy on the outside soft in the middle. When I was asked about the taste I replied “interesting ”Main dishes orderedCappellaccio $34“Little Hat” shaped Ravioli, braised Beef Short Rib,Spinach, fresh Mushroom & Marsala Cream SauceIf was nice an hot when delivered. The sauce was delicious. You can tell the pasta was hand made. It was thicker and a smoother texture that what you buy from the store. The braised beef inside was so tender it didn’t even taste like meat. Not tough at all, however it was almost paste like.Penne alla Boscaiola $30De Cecco Penne, Italian Sausage,Mushrooms, Green Peas,Port Demi Cream.Pasta was very much al dente. Perhaps a bit too firm, wasn’t chalky buttttt boarder line. LolThe atmosphere was nice. Because it’s in a hotel it’s almost like a little escape to Italy. Very scenicVegetarian options: A lot of options without protein unless you add it. They do have to tomato based sauces, not sure if they are completely dairy freeKid-friendliness: A child’s menu is available

We have made it a point to come here during both our recent visits to Universal. While the restaurants at City Walk are fine, it is nice to have at least one high quality meal while on vacation. Prices are just like fine dining at home. You will spend a bit, but the meal is very good. This time we had the Pappardelle Funghi, Tagliatelle Prosciutto, and the Filet. Portions are big enough that starters are only needed if really hungry. All meals were enjoyed. The martinis were good, but $18 a pop. Just be aware that if staying at a hotel on the other end of the lagoon, you will need 30-40 minutes to reach the restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic food, wine, service and environment. If you go, request David to be your server! He will give you the best recommendations and he really knows his wine. He has a charming, classy and fun personality to top it off.

We truly enjoyed our night out at this restaurant. Our waiter, David, was great! He knew the menu so well, and gave us incredible recommendations. We were celebrating a birthday during our visit, and he made us feel so treated! His service was exceptional, and he was so kind and enthusiastic! We never felt rushed during our meal, instead we really felt like we were welcomed by him and able to enjoy our vacation. A much needed feeling! Our only critique would be for the restaurant decor to be “revamped”. We love Italian culture, but felt the decor was a bit dated. But we looked past this, as the food and service were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Our server was excellent. We dine here every stay. The food is above average. Yet we always seem to get a table in the path of the kitchen. One food runner almost hit us with the tray.

The restaurant is beautiful and looks very authentic Italian. Our server John was engaging and professional. The food was average-to-fair. My bolognese had little flavor and was heavy. My son's crab cake was all cake and not very good-tasting. Price point was extremely high, even for theme-park-restaurant!

I was taken here for my anniversary. Our waiter Tony was perfect and gave great recommendations for us on the menu. For appetizers we had the Bruschetta. I would highly recommend to get it so amazing! For drinks I had a pomegranate martini & and old fashion. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to celebrate intimate or an event. Atmosphere was perfect for us and i’m sure would be for anyone.Dessert we had a flan that was brought to us for the celebration.

BICE is a must visit on every trip. The food is consistently fantastic. The pacing of courses is appropriate and servers are attentive without being intrusive. I went as a party of one and they were very accommodating and have me a choice of where to sit.
