My only complaint is if you only give customers a 15 minute grace period to be late why is it OK for me to wait 30 minutes to be seated when I arrive on time for my reservation. Then have to wait 30 more minutes for my dinner. The food was excellent. I don't know if it's because I was so hungry because of the waiting or what?

Absolutely wonderful evening dining outside. We chose the Magical dining menu. Haley was our great ! Server . Great choices on the 3 course menu. Will be back again o course . Food was spectacular!

We went for Magical Dining. The restaurant had more selections for the Main course than most. I went off the MD menu and ordered the chicken piccata. It was plenty fine, but nothing special. Friends ordered from the MD menu and everyone said good, not great. The booths are not set up well for 4, due to the long rectangular shape and the 4 tops are a bit small. I was not expecting an elegant, upscale restaurant, but it was very casual for the $40-50+ main course pricing. It felt more like a bistro style decor and due to high ceilings, the sound echoed through the restaurant. The service was pleasant and nothing went wrong, so we certainly had a nice evening.

We had a business dinner that the key person wanted seafood. I have always enjoyed Big Fin and setup the reservation here. Service was top notch. We tried a great variety of foods and everything was amazing. Great dinner overall. It might have been a little bit loud. But we were part of that noise. lol

Shout out to the bartender he was amazing and personable. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable on all menu items. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Your happy hour menu is great!we will definitely be back.

Our food was on point, as always. The swordfish and the cioppino were delicious. Our server, Dante was exceelent, friendly, helpful. John, the owner or GM stopped by to check on us, very nicely done. We always appreciate that care and concern. The only criticism was extremely slow drink times. That needs to be addressed. We have been going to Big Fin for years...through all the ownership changes. For those unfamiliar, do know that it is very loud in there due to high ceilings and all hards surfaces. it does not bother us but it might for someone that wants a quiet dining expereince. Bottom line, we continue to love and will be back again soon.

The food was delicious. The Aji tuna nachos were delicious. We also had a whole fish which was delicious and plenty. We did the magical dining and the service was quick and efficient.

The food was not good. I couldn't even eat my octopus because it was so chewy. Another table had the same issue. The seafood was good, but missing a much needed sauce Desserts were inedible. Our waiter must have been on his first day. He doesn't know how to pour wine. He was never around. We were going to ask for sauce or butter for the fish, but we didn't see him. Other people were seated long after us, but got their food first by another waiter, who was actively taking care of his tables
