The food was excellent and the customer service was even better! The food took a little longer to come out (not too bad) because of a system glitch and the manager and waiter were extremely kind and attentive. They even gave a couple extra beers for the game. Would definitely go back!

Terrible service. All 3 meals came out over 5 minutes apart which kind of defeats the purpose of eating together as a group. The beers were cold but the food was below average for the exorbitant price. Most likely we will not return.
$26 for a beer and over cooked fries
Definitely no need to revisit this venue. Get food and drinks before you arrive at the Kia Center.

Horrible business big storm is brewing in the court system that’s for sure.
$41 for two sandwiches and FOOD POISONING. Literally two sandwiches and two cups of water from a cooler jug that we poured ourselves; and a 20% "tip" was added to the bill for that. The servers were polite and did their job, but 20% to walk our sandwiches to the counter where we finally found a seat is a bit much. Then on top of it to get violently ill from the Cuban sandwich. Friend got a burger, did not get sick. I realize that a lot of people go here because they don't have a choice, really, and that's what happened to us. But it won't happen again!

It seemed like a great place to get a bite before an event at the KIA Center. Unfortunately there was no organization about how to order, where to stand in line to get a table or who can sit where. After asking some other customers and the bartender about what to do we were told to seat ourselves because they have open seating. Given that it was the standard Florida heat, we decided to open the umbrellas which were closed. After getting the first one open I decided to open another for other patrons. Then someone comes out claiming to be the owner yelled at me and cussing for opening his broken umbrellas and kicked us out without being able to order. Atmosphere seemed cool but the “owner’s” actions will keep me from trying to go back.

Always a pleasure to come to Big Storm when there is a Kia Event! I wish they had more operating hours but the service is always spectacular. They have a good range of beverages at decent prices and the food (though never tried) always looks appetizing. I'm a big cider fan; so their strawberry lime cider always hits the spot. There are indoor and outdoor seating accommodations, as well as a bunch of indoor TVs to watch whatever game/channel your heart desires. A great place to hang out, meet up, or just social drink at! ?Heavily recommended to anyone in the downtown area, especially if you're waiting to enter for an Orlando Magic or Solar Bear game!

The best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. I also enjoyed the chicken quesadilla.
Walked all the way there at dusk to find out they were closed. Update your internet site. It said open.
