Alex at Bite is Awesome. She makes the Sante Fe salad with steak on it and it is very good. I don't typically even eat salads but when there is steak on them count me in!!!

If you want to waste your $$ and your time, and still feel hungry when you leave, this is the place for you. Won't be back.

The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and for those of us vegan just talk to Alex and she will go out of her way to accommodate you.

Was on my way to subway and noticed this new place so decided to give it a try. Not many people inside - ordered a Mediterranean but was told they didn't have any, so had the Waldorf- points for the compostable bowl but I found the price expensive, $10, a bottled water $4.00. The salad dressing had an odd taste to it. Might try the flatbread next time. The place itself is nicely decorated and quiet.

I just visited this place and is a complete Wow! My daughter and I just enjoyed the delicious food and desserts. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and with open view! The owners and staff are super friendly! I highly recommend this lovely place!

This business use to be a Pizza joint, which I frequented a lot. They appear to have the same people working there as they did in the pizza business. They have cleared out a lot of the tables, so if you are wanting to meet up with co-workers, you won't have a place to sit. I think the drive might be to get your food to go. I had the South of Boarder bowl. Cilantro lime white rice - Check Adobo chicken things - Check. It's shredded. Smoked ancho corn - maybe. There was some corn Black bean salsa - Nope. There were about 5 beans. No salsa. Shredded Colby jack - Check. Lots of cheese Chipotle crema - Check Cilantro - I don't think a leaf counts This bowl was over $10. I think it was okay, the favors were not all there. They are not set up with electric pay (Apple or otherwise). There is a fountain drinks and to go as well. They have coffee, but they don't open until 10am. Hours are 10a-2pm. Only Mon-Fri. Strange.

This is my second time here. I had reviewed this place the first time around but it looks like they changed the name so my review is no longer visible. I had a harvest bowl that consisted of quinoa, dried cranberries, hard-boiled eggs, and spinach. I have had this both times and it is absolutely delicious. I'm happy they got rid of the bacon when they changed up the menu recently. There are a lot of vegetarian options including salads, bowls, and flatbread's. The staff is really friendly and the space is huge. They probably have more space than they need, but you don't feel crowded at all. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because they shut the soda machine down exactly at 2 PM. They were probably about eight people still in the restaurant after then that were not able to get a refill/drink. My friend paid for a soda and attempted to get a refill only to find out she could not do so since the machine was shut off. Otherwise, the place overall is a win.

After my first visit, I can't say that I'm a huge fan or that I would find myself craving to eat here. The menu here consists of bowls, salads, sandwiches, and flatbreads. I will say that I'm a little confused on whether the restaurant is called "Bite" or "Be Inspired to Eat". I think they need to be more clear with their marketing, which would make them easier to find on social media and the internet. For lunch, I chose the South of the Border bowl which consisted of cilantro lime rice, chicken, cheese, cilantro, chipotle crema, and black beans, which I chose to sub out with avocado. Everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and juicy and the avocado was perfectly ripe. I enjoyed my meal, however it's definitely not something that I will ever crave to have again in the future. I'm not a sandwich person, but they did have a chicken pesto sandwich that sounded very appetizing on their menu that I wish was also on their menu as a flatbread. Since I work right next door, I do intend to go back at least one more time to try one of their flatbreads to see if that would have me coming back for more...since this is a very convenient lunch spot for me. My biggest complaint of my visit would be with the fountain drink that I paid for. This place closes at 2:00 and I took my lunch at 1:30 today and my friend and I were stilling sitting/eating/talking/drinking past the 2:00 closing time. I went to get my first refill of my soda at 2:10 and they already shut off the soda machine. I was unable to get a refill and the only thing that was still available was water, or this machine that had tea and lemonade. I opted to get some lemonade, but it was warm/hot and no ice was available. I think that if there are still patrons in your establishment enjoying their meal, the refreshments should be made available to them until after they leave.

Difficult to make a menu choice because everything is so good. Food is prepared to order and everything is fresh. Staff is friendly and restaurant is very clean. Easy access, convenient parking in front.
