Came in and ordered the cauliflower dish and a hamburger with bbq sauce. The appitizer was excellent. The bar drinks pour was very conservative. I do recommend this place.

They are doing a cool special drink for Pride month, the Elixir of Pride. It is a fruity tequila vodka drink that comes out with a rainbow-ish layered effect.

I normally dont put negative reviews, but they have the worst food I've ever had in my life.I ordered spinach artichoke dip and a chicken quesadilla.The dip was slimy, and the meat in the quesadilla tasted different on every bight. I've never experienced anything like it.I took 4 bites of the dip and couldn't even make it halfway through the quesadilla.I had two drinks. Which were fine.$65 poorer, plus I had to go find some decent food.
Okay hotel. Staff were okay, some rude some nice. Cleaning was done very late came back after a day out and room not cleaned at 5pm. Breakfast quite slow on weekdays. King Suite was nice and spacious. No cutlery in suite with kitchen- defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. Breakfast staff not helpful or pleasant. Went with another couple and they put in a complaint and staff were no way helpful. Balcony in the room which can’t be access. Management are the problem with this hotel as it does have potential. Not an ideal location- mens shelter right next to hotel so they lingered around hotel- didn’t feel safe to walk around.

Going to start with the fact that I have been in hospitality for 30 years and manage the desk at a resort in Fort Myers. I will never go back to this hotel. Called to make my reservation and spoke to an agent, confirmed a 2 queen, balcony suite with breakfast included for a weekend away. Night of arrival valet was nice, check in left a lot to be desired. Agent barely spoke to us, explained nothing about wifi, restaurant and its hours, pool hours..but did explain that the balcony I requested when booking (and it shows on their own website that rooms have balconies..look it up) was not going to be available. Tried to say an ordinance in Orlando restricting balconies. (?) Room was dirty, carpet had holes and of course stains..cause why not. Go down for breakfast the next morning and we are shouted at by lady wiping tables, 3 tables turned to listen to this, if we have breakfast included..I say yes. She looks uo our room and shouts back its not but we can pay $19 for it. I went straight to the desk. Agent was nice and offered to give me a card for 2 free breakfast that morning. Decided to decline, who needs powdered eggs and flat pancakes anyway. I would definitely not recommend this place and will not be back. What I would recommend is some better training for your booking and desk agents, clean the rooms up...and to maybe look into Guests First classes.

A great stay. Good location, and very friendly staff. Easy checking, and comfortable room. Nice pool and hot tub. Shuttle buses very efficient, yo local area. Maria offered great service much appreciated!
