I normally dont put negative reviews, but they have the worst food I've ever had in my life.I ordered spinach artichoke dip and a chicken quesadilla.The dip was slimy, and the meat in the quesadilla tasted different on every bight. I've never experienced anything like it.I took 4 bites of the dip and couldn't even make it halfway through the quesadilla.I had two drinks. Which were fine.$65 poorer, plus I had to go find some decent food.

Okay hotel. Staff were okay, some rude some nice. Cleaning was done very late came back after a day out and room not cleaned at 5pm. Breakfast quite slow on weekdays. King Suite was nice and spacious. No cutlery in suite with kitchen- defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. Breakfast staff not helpful or pleasant. Went with another couple and they put in a complaint and staff were no way helpful. Balcony in the room which can’t be access. Management are the problem with this hotel as it does have potential. Not an ideal location- mens shelter right next to hotel so they lingered around hotel- didn’t feel safe to walk around.

I was recommended by an Uber driver and was curious bec he stated that the chef had been there for years and was superb. I had to try it on a date night. Upon arrival, valet was confusing and not very attentive once they found out we were there to dine only. Finally, after minutes they valeted the auto, but it was too troublesome for me (I went inside until they could figure it out). Then the valet literally parked the auto in the space right next to the valet box. Smh Moving on... The hotel is beautiful and the ambiance was gorgeous. The hotel staff were very nice and directed us to the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant, it was a very different vibe - almost like a Denny's restaurant?? Did not match the hotel vibe to me but, I was there to try out this chef. The staff was very attentive and upscale for such a setting. The drinks were made fantastic. I had the mule and it was made perfect. The food was hands down 5 STARS. It was plated and portioned beautifully. Everything was cooked and seasoned to individual perfection. I had the salmon. For desert, we tried the cheesecake and it was so perfect we felt like the chef had hand made it for us. :) The Uber driver was spot on. :) The restrooms were very clean, not too far from the restaurant and spacious.

Going to start with the fact that I have been in hospitality for 30 years and manage the desk at a resort in Fort Myers. I will never go back to this hotel. Called to make my reservation and spoke to an agent, confirmed a 2 queen, balcony suite with breakfast included for a weekend away. Night of arrival valet was nice, check in left a lot to be desired. Agent barely spoke to us, explained nothing about wifi, restaurant and its hours, pool hours..but did explain that the balcony I requested when booking (and it shows on their own website that rooms have balconies..look it up) was not going to be available. Tried to say an ordinance in Orlando restricting balconies. (?) Room was dirty, carpet had holes and of course stains..cause why not. Go down for breakfast the next morning and we are shouted at by lady wiping tables, 3 tables turned to listen to this, if we have breakfast included..I say yes. She looks uo our room and shouts back its not but we can pay $19 for it. I went straight to the desk. Agent was nice and offered to give me a card for 2 free breakfast that morning. Decided to decline, who needs powdered eggs and flat pancakes anyway. I would definitely not recommend this place and will not be back. What I would recommend is some better training for your booking and desk agents, clean the rooms up...and to maybe look into Guests First classes.

A great stay. Good location, and very friendly staff. Easy checking, and comfortable room. Nice pool and hot tub. Shuttle buses very efficient, yo local area. Maria offered great service much appreciated!

After having an unexpected day, my favorite experience was when I cam back to my room and saw my bed made with a towel swan and flowers with additional amenities in the bathroom. It was the cutest thing! I came here for a business trip, and I thought the AV guys and hotel manager were very accommodating. I would definitely stay/host here again! Thank you, Maria M.!!!

The Bite Bistro breakfast was good and had a good variety. (Locale in the Crown Plaza hotel) Despite the lack of wait staff(only one) our waitress, Bia, did a great job handling the customers and clearing the tables. Her attention and manners were spot on.
My experience on this hotel was amazing checking in was fast very nice people my room was super clean thanks to my housekeeper Maria M very nice and sweet lady. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool very clean. I will come back to this hotel thanks to everyone ya get a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, it's definitely not close to the parks and we didn't rent a car. The cabs we too pricey to make up for the savings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was a little cloudy so we decided not to swim. But we still had a nice stay.

I was there for several weeks at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Orlando Fl on business for several weeks. I stayed on the 6th Floor, the HouseKeeper was Marie Mojica she was the best. There was nothing I need to ask for because Marie Mojica already provided it for me before having to ask. I travel a lot for my job Maria has set a high expectation for all others. In the future if I’m ever in Orlando for Business or Leisure I will stay at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and request the 6th Floor or whatever floor Marie Mojica is on. She is the BEST, AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, STELLAR, TREMENDOUS…I can go on and on about Marie Mojica 6 Floor Housekeeping she gets all the KUDOS from me. P.S. Marie would leave Towel Animals in my room for me.

They both went above and beyond by always saying good morning and being so helpful. Amazing friends that both need to be stand out employees.
