I love this restaurant! It's a great meeting place for friends that are in town to meet up with them if you're coming from Seminole county and they're coming from the tourist areas! We had the best waitress tonight!
Honestly, a frustrating experience. Waited the 45 minutes for our table (makes sense! We had a group), but then waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table, put drink orders in and those took 45 minutes to come, put our food orders in and it took 1 hour. We didn't get refills at all, didn't get certain ordered things, and honestly it was a miss. We loved BJ's, but for a Tuesday night that was not busy, we were extremely frustrated with our servers lack of awareness and attention, and with the amount of time we spent in there.
Lea is a very good server. The food portions were large and the beer was flavorful. My fish and chips were a little overcooked. The shrimp and pasta dish could've had a couple more shrimp, especially since it's shrimp season. We will surely go back.
It was freezing cold inside the restaurant. We had to move to the outer room which wasn't as cold but the other room was ridiculous. The server told us they couldn't turn the temp up. Our service was great in both areas and food was delicious!
A party of 8 could not book a table for 8. So we booked 2 tables. When we got there the hostess was very accommodating. Gave us a table for 8. Our waitress Danica was very friendly, and noticed the sun was in our eyes. She closed the blinds. Made some suggestions about the menu. Had a sense of humor. We even asked to see the manager so we could tell her. That the staff was excellent.
The food was cold when we received it and the wait after ordering was too long. I will not recommend this restaurant.
We had a reservation and when we arrived they said it would be a 45 minute wait because they had 2 big parties that showed up without a reservation. The bar area was empty so we asked if we could put tables together in that area and they said they would do it but took 20 mins. Meanwhile a group the same size as ours showed up 10 mins after us and was seated right away. One salad was never delivered and when questioned he said we didn't order one but went and got one, one of the meals came and the meat was so overcooked we had to return it and have it removed from the bill. We have been there many times and never had so many issues, (except don't ever order chicken it's always undercooked).
I Ordered a cookie and cream Pizookie To-go, and this was what I was given.. Uncooked brownies batter ???I never ate off it, literally opened it just like this.
Had 630 reservation. Didn't get seated for 20 minutes. When we were getting ready to be seated we were told you can either sit in lobby area or table but it will be another 10-15 min to be waited on. We sat. Waitress was nice but there was some big back up in the kitchen. We ordered everything all at once because of the waiting. We wanted 2 orders Mac and cheese balls, there were none. Food came out burger was over done food was not at Bjs level. We were disappointed. We ate but it wasn't very good. Will not be going back to this location
I paid our bill on the BJ’s mobile app using Apple Pay. The server came over to see if we needed anything else and my husband asked for a drink to go and informed her we already paid our tab. She promptly said no you didn't, I don't have a payment for this table (prior to even looking at her tablet). I explained that yes we did and even showed her a copy of the emailed receipt. She said she would speak to the manager but we would likely have to pay again. After waiting 10-15 minutes, we went to the hostess stand to request the manager as our three children were getting antsy. The manager (Tabitha) rudely came out and acted like she had no idea what was going on. She showed a screen shot on her phone that the payment was a "failed payment". She said we would need to pay our tab again. I explained that I have a copy of the receipt and my bank account had the charge as pending. She said there was no way we would get charged twice because when it went to settle at the end of the night it would show 2 charges and automatically drop one. I explained that it didn't seem fair to have to pay for the same meal twice especially since I had proof of payment. She said well you can call your bank and they will tell you the same thing. So, we reluctantly gave her our card to pay again. As of this morning, the charges both cleared my account. After 4 phone calls to the restaurant there is still no resolution and Tabitha informed us she is sure the charge will “fall off” in the next couple of days.

Food wasn't as good as we had in the past. Bella our Waitress went above and beyond to try and make us happy. Bella is a GREAT WAITRESS, even though she only been a Waitress for 5 months.
Great place for your bakery needs
Great food, great service, great atmosphere ❤️
I went there to have my bday dinner with my family. The food was good & taste. We had to look around for our server. Then the manager came over and took very good care of us. All in all not a bad experience. It's been along time since we have been to this restaurant. They have a good variety of food to choose from. Love it.
BJ's is one of my favorite restaurant chains. This location, however, was a bit crowded in terms of seating, it took a while to get seated even with the reservation, and there were a few mistakes made during the ordering process. However, our waiter was great and made the experience very enjoyable and seamless. I especially liked that I could just pay for the meal on my phone and not have to wait any longer than we already had to.
