Came to the bar for lunch very busy I order coors light but Brandy asked me to try something similar to that and I ending up loving the light larger she gave me 3 Samples even tho it was busy she made me feel important and put me on to something new thanks for all your hard work and hospitality don’t find that much now a days Thank you Brandy

Came in tonight and Brandi was my bartender we just gotten in from Boston looking for warm weather ... guess not but she was absolutely awesome ... she talks a lot about sports and knows her stuff ... my husband felt like he was at home .. gave great recommendations everything was fantastic great job to the cooks ... Brandi made us eat our dessert their she said it wouldn't be the same and not sure if I had taken it back with us but it was delicious warm and tasty we are in town for a few days will be back tomorrow as we are now members... thank you Brandi if we don't get to see you before we leave just want to say your awesome and when we come back we are looking for you your new Boston family lol. I sat at the bar with a few friends, and unfortunately we didn’t feel very welcomed by our bartender, Brandi. It took almost 10 minutes for our drinks to be placed in front of us. I understand that bars can get busy, but there were only four guests seated at the bar, and it felt like other tasks were consistently prioritized over taking care of guests.

She left the bar multiple times, including one stretch where she wasn’t behind the bar for about 20 minutes, which made it difficult to ask for anything we needed. My friend and I were considering ordering dessert, but when she returned she never acknowledged us, so we decided to just ask for the check. Even then, it took about 15 minutes to receive it.

The food itself was great, but the overall experience would have been much better with more attentiveness and hospitality.

We visited this BJ’s for lunch and sat at the bar with Brandi. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The initial greeting was unfriendly, and it took quite a while to receive our drinks, which were only soda and water.

Service continued to decline when we attempted to place our food order, as there was another long wait. The food itself was okay, but after finishing our meal, we wanted to order dessert. Unfortunately, the bartender was not present for over 15 minutes. When she returned, we were not acknowledged for an additional 15 minutes.

I understand that it can get busy, but the lack of attentiveness and communication was unacceptable. We ultimately left without ordering dessert due to the poor service.

Ate lunch at the bar. Food was good, service at the bar was absolutely horrible. Bartender was Brandi I think. She was very dry and gave bad service.

Came here with three friends after work on Tuesday Jan 27th around 11:30pm. When we ordered our drinks we made it clear we would be getting food as well. Our server disappeared for 15 minutes before she returned with two out of the four drinks we ordered and did not give us straws. She took another while before coming back when we reminded her we needed our other two drinks and straws. After finally receiving all four drinks we ordered food she informed us the kitchen had already closed, but that she “would try”. When we got the three food items we were given one napkin and two forks which we shared cause we had given up on helping her count and knew she’d wouldn’t be back for another 20 minutes anyways. When it came to getting the bill we got it split into four and an item that we expressed we were sharing between two of us was not split as we would have liked, when we told her she said “oh we can’t do that” however one of my friends is a regular and told me they do it all the time. As servers ourselves we expected more. We don’t expect perfection but we felt neglected for sure.

I ordered the Jambalaya and never again but the appetizers were delicious as for our service our waitress Jaden was really rude she acted as if she didn't want to be at work, She went to grab my sons plate without asking if he was finished I told her he was not finished she then proceeded to slam the plate back down he is 5 really that was uncalled for and One of our kids was missing their food we asked her about it and she got really snippy with us and walked off. I've never been anywhere with a waitress that was this rude as for our second waitress I don't know her name but she had pink hair she was amazing i wish she could've got the whole tip to herself

We were here for over 2 hours for soup, salad and a burger. Never got a request for refills on our drinks and the was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Very disappointing.

Went today and our server Brandi P. was having some attitude. our food took so long and was so cold. we have to ask someone else to bring us more soda because she didn’t want to come to serve us. worst server ever.
