Overall a good experience. Only comment was the server gave herself a 20% tip. I usually tip about that if the service was good, but that should be my choice. When she handed me the device to sign my only options were to choose an add up fee. Luckily I noticed what was going on, otherwise I was going to get charged for an even higher tip.

I’m used to Black Angus being an upscale steakhouse, this location was anything but. I came in at 7:40 pm on a Monday evening. The atmosphere was a mixture of a hospital cafeteria-Dennys. I ordered a New York strip with mashed potatoes and it came with a salad. Their salad was rather basic with non-crisp lettuce. The main course took 38 minutes to get to my table and they were not busy. The steak was mediocre with tons of fat. The mashed potatoes were dry and a super small portion. The bread that came out to start the meal was actually the highlight of the food. My server was at my table a total of 3 times, to greet me and take my order at same time, to hand me my plate off the rolling robot tray, and then to bring my check which also took forever, as I was done for a bit before asking for my check. The manager was very friendly at the end when I was honest to my server about how my food was. She said I should have said something before paying, but I wasn’t answering honestly to get a free meal. She said they were a new location so hopefully it gets better as they go.

Terrible. They offered to seat us but told us we could only order drinks and have bread until the kitchen reopened because their 1 cook was over welmed. After 1 hour of the kitchen still not taking orders, we left. They looked at us as if we were the ones with the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAIN WRECK OF A RESTAURANT.

It took over an hour to get food, food was cold and steaks were burnt. Refills took asking for. Would definitely never return!!!Update.. Let me make this clear, no one made any changes to our bill. We paid full price for everything even after asking to microwave our baked potato.

So Black Angus is in Transition to become Luxe Terra Bleu. It seems like management and staff and decor and signage are all in a bit of a jumble. They were short staffed when we went, but everyone was very kind and doing their best. The food was decent enough - Not bad but nothing to write home about. They were very accommodating though, when we had special food requests. They serve dinner rolls with the dinner orders and I appreciate that the roles were served hot. The salad and sides were real good. I had the two 4 oz filet mignon plate, and I ordered them medium rare, and they definitely came medium to medium well. They also have food service robots, and while it was kind of cool and cute to see them in action, they were really kind of silly... and they make these little gentle beeping noises that sounds clashing with the music and they're pretty much constantly going all night. I wouldn't not go here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. I am curious what the new restaurant, when fully established, will be like.

The waiter was horrible. The waiter was on his phone while we waited for 20 minutes for the drinks. My salad came out first. Salad was wrong.Lobster tails were goodThe owner was out trying to deescalate a problem with a family. The family was clearly not happy.The hostess was making fun of the family after they left. Would not recommend our return

Worst restaurant I ever been to, over charged me $25 dollars. If I don’t get my money back I will call the cops for theft. Also food was gross no flavor and service was even worse.
