Went during happy hour and sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice and right on the money. It was lobster day so ordered small filet and added one. They bring it out with a hot rock that you cook on yourself. So much fun and food was excellent!

Comfort food more like bland food. Don’t waste your time and money. I’m not even sure how the servers make money. There’s no one at the restaurant.

My visit to Black Rock Bar & Grill was nothing short of extraordinary! The highlight of the evening was the unique and interactive experience of cooking my steak on a sizzling black rock right at the table. It’s an experience I won’t soon forget, adding a whole new level of enjoyment to the meal.

The quality of the food was fantastic – the steak was tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection on the rock, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the meal.

If you’re looking for a fun, engaging dining experience with great food, Black Rock Bar & Grill is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Worst dining experience I have had in my 2 years in Orlando. Terrible, slow service. Food was not prepared properly and lacked flavor. The overall concept was poorly executed.

There are 1000 other places I would go in Orlando before I go back to that place.

I usually love the food, but last night was disappointing. I ordered pickup through DoorDash and got there to be told I had to pay again. I was confused because why do I have to pay twice.

They kept telling me I can either pay or cancel the order, which would waste my money, gas, and time either way. They gave us 2 fountain drinks to try to compensate it, but there was so much time wasted there while they tried to figure it out and they didn’t seem to care or apologize for it.

First time here, at first I thought it wasn't going to be good since the place was so empty. In fact there was no hostess to greet my family and I, fortunately once the food was served I totally changed my mind. The waitress was very nice and efficient, the food was also amazing plus the coconut shrimp was soo yummy. FYI don't get the apple pie dessert it wasn't the best.

I recently visited Black Rock Bar and Grill in Windermere, Orlando, and I have to say, it’s one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had in a while! The concept of cooking your steak on a sizzling hot stone is both fun and delicious. I ordered the sirloin, and it was amazing—perfectly cooked to my preferred medium temperature, right at the table. The sizzle when the steak hit the stone was just fantastic! The loaded baked potato on the side was out of this world.

To start, I had the pretzel bites, which were just divine. They came with two dipping sauces: a cheddar cheese dip and a cream cheese dip with garlic and green onions. They served these dips on a hot stone, and watching the cheese bubble was a real treat. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Orlando, I highly recommend checking out Black Rock Bar and Grill!

My Spouse Neysha and I visited this location on Monday and we had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Scott and David took care of us and their customer service was phenomenal let me tell ya. On of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES we have ever received. They were extremely professional and so cool. They made us feel like family. We are so happy to have came accross these two gentlemen and hopefully they can take care of us again when we return.
Thank you your Scott and David. We are humbled. We love Black Rock!

The steak on the stone is a must try... Food and service were great. Despite the soup being not quite hot enough and the outdated menus, offering a lobster tail special that was "no longer available" I still give it five stars.

I visited Black Rock one more before closing time to celebrate a solo birthday dinner and received exceptional service from Scott the entire time despite being so close to closing hours. The food was also good and there are many weekday specials to take advantage of. So check the website!

Called Black Rock on 7/19 to ask about their Sunday Happy Hour ~ Was informed of the half price appetizers from 11-5p and the Sipping Sunday all day drinks ~ Made arrangements to meet a couple at the Orlando/Conroy location ~ Drove in from North Florida to meet the couple ~ Upon ordering, was told that appetizers were limited to two at half price and after that they would be full price ~ I asked to speak to a manager ~ Scott appeared within moments and said the owners were taking a different direction on 1/2 priced appetizers and he had to do what he was told to do ~ Scott then said "too many people are taking advantage of the half price appetizers and Sipping Sunday drinks and it wasn't fair to the owners." ~ No problem Scott, I can assure you I will not be patronizing Black Rock again! ~ I called in and because of misinformation, set up reservations to dine at the restaurant ~ Your occupancy was at less than 50% when I arrived, so even if I wanted to order 5 half priced appetizers, that would have been additional sales for the restaurant ~ Again, I can certainly find another restaurant to patronize that does not put limits on customers.
