took my family to eat here earlier. my step daughter slipped and fell and busted open her elbow. i gave them my information. they didn’t call me back. i had to spend a lot of money going to the hospital. and still no call or response from them. and this piece is rusted and super sharp!

this place was amazing from everything to the service, the pizza was incredible. lil homemade pizzas to order. had the cheesy garlic bread, and Adriatik informed us that if you scanned the QR code then you get a free dessert... we had the Cinna bread sticks and they were delicious. the whole meal was like 20$. the service impeccable. all employees were lovely. the vibe there was fresh and great music playing too. I would have added photos but I ate everything. And the food presentation was amazing.

Blaze always hits the spot, funny enough Blaze is my all-time favorite and it’s not even fully veg! The flavors are always great and the vegan cheese & chorizo is great. You can request the staff to use a clean cutter, fresh ingredients, and change their gloves to prevent cross contamination.
Savannah is who you want when you’ve never been here before. Her and Austin were so chill and walked me through the process and made sure I was getting the ingredients I wanted. When I was stuck between two things Austin told me about a lunch deal they had where I could try both!
I’m excited to make it my new lunch spot if this is how service is all the time.
Today, June 2, 2025, I visited Blaze Pizza on Alafaya at UCF, where I experienced a disappointing interaction with the employees building my build-your-own pizza. Christian, the employee assisting me, seemed put off when I requested cheese, sprinkling it on sparingly. As it's a build-your-own concept, I expected a more generous application of cheese. Later, another employee stepped in, tossing the cheese onto my pizza. It's crucial to note that this location may provide inconsistent service, especially when requesting extra items on build-your-own pizzas.if you ask for any extra items on your BUILD your-own EXPECT FACES OR NOT HAPPY!
Great food! Great service! Always nice to go somewhere that you're recognized and feel right at home! We especially appreciate Josh!!
Best vegan pizza! The spicy vegan chorizo is to die for!!
Food is great. I love the option with big groups to be able to customize. Service is always great and very friendly. Shawn was great and I appreciate his customer service.

Being refused service when arriving to this place of business 10 minutes before their posted end of service time is a bit misleading. The manager told me that I may not be severed as the people ahead of me were the last people they would be providing food too. The restaurant was still active and busy. When asked what seemed me unfit for service as the posted time on the door and online was 11pm the manager directly told me it was not posted on the door. As some one who works in the hospitality and restaurant industry tailoring your service to your clients will only help your business.
This is an excellent place to eat at if you have dietary restrictions. Lexi and Savannah went above and beyond in ensuring that my pizza wasn't cross-contaminated with gluten, and am grateful for such exemplary workers.
A worker named Sean (or Shawn, however you spell his name- can't remember) took a dump in the female restroom even though the men's across was available. Then, while on his break, he had a super phlegmy cough the entire time, constantly wiped his nose, picked at his nails. I was just extremely put off that I couldn't even eat my food, because I wasn't sure if he was sick and touched the prepped food I was eating. I also grabbed a sweet tea with a splash of lemonade and the lemonade tasted like it was going rancid. The floors also could've been a bit more tidy. I love Blaze pizza, but after what I experienced I definitely don't want to go back😕
Workers are always very kind and helpful. Very aware of gluten allergies. Do wish the cross contamination with the toppings specifically for dairy were better (ex, cheese being in with other toppings, not good for a dairy allergy)
Very clean and nice welcoming atmosphere. The pizza they make it right infront of you and it’s cooked well and fast.
