BP is always great. My partner and I go often and our great experiences have set our expectations high…but the employees as this location dropped the ball. Between our two pizzas: one was undercooked, one had the wrong cheese, and both were made very messily such that the toppings were just piled up in the middle. Another employee had to come behind and literally rearrange the toppings. It was a weird experience.

PLEASE TELL THE STAFF TO START PUTTING CHEESE ON THE WHOLE PIZZA. there’s like an inch of naked crust inwards of the outer crust before the pizza starts. Such an expensive pizza to get 70% of the cheese that should be there. Please stop doing this it happens almost everytime I order
