We had an amazing experience at Blaze Pizza yesterday. First, the manager told us of a deal that allowed us to get cheesy bread and dessert basically free. Then, while we were eating it started pouring rain and the same manager came outside with an umbrella and helped my family members to their car. Absolutely stunned by the customer service at this location!

As a born and raised New Yorker, I think I know pizza, and theirs looked like they were running out of supplies and made my pizza still.
The taste was awful, if my parents didn’t tell me never to waste food I would have thrown it in the trash. It was like eating a little microwaveable pizza without any flavor.
The service could have been better, they couldn’t find my order, didn’t give my drink nor did they cut my pizza into slices so I had to go back.
The atmosphere and food was great. Alan provide it a great service.

I was super shocked they delivered a burnt, hard pizza we could not even chew. I tried to reach them and ask them to fix it but they didnt answer. Ended up getting Chik Fil A and dumping the pizza. I did email them but they didnt answer until an hour and 15 mins later. They offered Blaze reward or a refund. Any one who consciously cooked and packed our pizza should not be working there. The person who did this obviously has no pride in what they served us.The salad was great.
