Ordered my food online to pick up. Got an alert it was ready at 10:35. I get there, no one speaks English enough to know what I'm talking about and the order was not ready. Ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. I wouldn't have ordered online if I wanted to wait on my food. Terrible service and customer service. The food was good tho

Went to the world of food trucks and was craving tacos or something that I could just dip in sour cream came across blessed belly and oh my goodness they did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and so delicious before I was even done eating. I wanted to order another plate to take home! If I could give this place 1000 stars I would! I had the Beria quesadillas and my friend had Beria tacos. They were absolutely delicious.

I love anywhere I can get 3 different meals at once so I adore food halls. This is my favorite spot at city food hall, they’re always kind and prompt. I got the Birria bao tacos and let me tell you they hit.
The boa is soft and chewy with a cheesy crust, the meat is soft and flavorful. I dream of these tacos.

Bad service.I was unable to taste the food because they were so disorganized and lost my order. I waited 40min because I thought they were busy so I asked and the gentleman how much longer and just told me it is coming up however didn't ask me about my order. I then waited already an hour and then finally requested my money back and I didn't receive any apology or any updates about my food. Wish you luck with the wait time.

I ordered birria nachos. Picture looks amazing but in reality not what I expected. The wait was ughhh ok I guess because a few people ahead. But I’m thinking I’m going to get some nachos crunchy nachos with the meat and fresh cilantro on top. But what I got was smothered 15 nachos soggy in too much watery meat sauce and canned cheese. Feels like the meat been sitting on those nachos for a while cuz not one was crunchy. To get soggy nachos I would have chosen to get the tacos/ tortilla itself honestly. Didn’t like it not one bit.

Let me begin by saying I have had my fair share of birria. From food trucks in San Antonio to family-run taquerías in LA, I’ve traveled far and wide in search of that deep, slow-braised perfection—but nothing, nothing, could have prepared me for this birria platter. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. A memory. A moment where time stopped, and my taste buds were baptized in flavor.

Let’s Talk About the Birria
The star of the plate was the birria beef—fall-apart tender, juicy, and rich with that unmistakable slow-cooked depth that only comes from hours of simmering in love, spice, and tradition. The consommé wasn’t oily or greasy—it was velvety and full-bodied, with layers of smoky chilies, garlic, and warming spices that danced on the tongue. Every bite felt like a symphony, and I caught myself closing my eyes, savoring each forkful like it was a secret whispered in my ear by an abuelita who knew exactly how to win my heart.

Refried Beans Elevated to Art
Now, I never thought I’d write a paragraph about refried beans, but here I am—because these weren’t just beans. They were creamy, seasoned to perfection, and topped with a generous layer of melted cheese that was broiled just enough to create a golden, bubbling crust. This wasn’t a side dish—it was a statement. I would’ve been happy with just the beans and a spoon. They were that good.

Rice & Pico – The Perfect Supporting Cast
The rice was fluffy, aromatic, and well-seasoned without overpowering. It acted as the perfect balance to the richness of the beef, absorbing just enough consommé to transform into its own flavor bomb. And then there was the homemade pico de gallo—fresh in every sense of the word. The tomatoes were sweet and ripe, the cilantro vibrant, the onions sharp but not overpowering, and the lime juice brought it all together with a clean, zesty finish. It didn’t just cut through the richness—it elevated it.

Presentation & Atmosphere
This platter came out hot and hearty, plated with intention. It didn’t look thrown together—it looked crafted. The colors, the textures, the aroma—every detail made me feel like I was about to sit down for something special. And trust me, it was special.

Final Verdict
I can say with complete confidence that this was the best birria I have ever had. Period. It’s the kind of meal you tell your friends about. The kind you dream about. The kind that ruins you for all other birria after it.

If you’re lucky enough to have a plate of this in front of you—don’t walk, run. And when you take that first bite, know that you’re tasting something sacred. Respect it. Praise it. And most importantly—finish every single bite.
