Went to the world of food trucks and was craving tacos or something that I could just dip in sour cream came across blessed belly and oh my goodness they did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and so delicious before I was even done eating. I wanted to order another plate to take home! If I could give this place 1000 stars I would! I had the Beria quesadillas and my friend had Beria tacos. They were absolutely delicious.

I love anywhere I can get 3 different meals at once so I adore food halls. This is my favorite spot at city food hall, they’re always kind and prompt. I got the Birria bao tacos and let me tell you they hit.
The boa is soft and chewy with a cheesy crust, the meat is soft and flavorful. I dream of these tacos.

From food trucks in San Antonio to family-run taquerías in LA, I’ve traveled far and wide in search of that deep, slow-braised perfection—but nothing, nothing, could have prepared me for this birria platter. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. A memory. A moment where time stopped, and my taste buds were baptized in flavor.
