Food is so good! Bartender Matt is the absolute best! He remembers everyone and is extremely personable! Sometimes they run out of ingredients, but I haven’t had a meal from there that I haven’t enjoyed and the atmosphere makes up for it!

I used to love this place.New management isn't always a good thing. My medium burgers were super well done. My tater tots were soft. Their social media boasted about a discount. When I mentioned it, there were stipulations that were never mentioned online. Not only did I not get a discount, I noticed the price I was charged was HIGHER than the prices on their website. ... never again...

This place keeps changing over the years. I used to love the food. They recently fell under new management. I ordered for pickup and was the only customer when I arrived at 6:45. Music was blaring from a large speaker in an empty restaurant. An employee (maybe the owner) was drinking at the bar and playing the music from his phone. I couldn't hear anything anyone was saying to me. On Social Media they post "15% off ALL WEEK". When I mentioned it to them they told me it's only for veterans. There is no mention of that in their recent posts. I paid, without the discount, and later learned I paid MORE than what's on their website menu. FOOD: 2 burgers, ordered medium (both were well done) Tater tots (not crispy) Fried pickles (bad quality, not crispy) Burgers were still tasty and filling, but overcooked. Also don't appreciate overpaying.

I have a few friends that live around the corner from here and they go ALL THE TIME! Whenever I visit we try and go and I’m never disappointed. The food is fun and delicious. We always sit at the bar which has great specials and wonderfully friendly bartenders.

We had a good time here. Nice, newly remodeled space playing on the area's history with plenty of reasonably priced beers on draft. Decent enough happy hour. Some things on the menu you don't see often enough like poutine and cheese curds too. Good selection of burgers and there's wings as well. Soup of the day was this spectacular tequila chicken soup; something like tortilla soup and corn chowder. Nice.

I came here for happy hour with some girlfriends before going out to dinner. They had special prices for draft beers ($1 off), but I didn't feel like a beer so no happy hour special for me! I ordered a White Claw and it was great that they had every single flavor White Claw carries, and i was able to try the grapefruit for the first time. The bartender was super attentive and really nice. She made a Bloody Mary for another customer so they evidently have a full bar with liquor, which I wouldn't have thought. They serve food and I did see someone eating an order of wings, which looked good, but we were just there for drinks so I can't really comment too much on the food. The bar itself is nothing fancy. Not a trendy place or a modern "hipster" kind of joint and actually is more like a hole in the wall / dive type of place, but I like these kinds of businesses and prefer to frequent them over a chain. They seemed to attract a local crowd and have quite a few "regulars" there. If you work or live in the area, it's a cooL place to go for drinks. Glad I was able to try a cool local bar!

This place was neat small and had a personal setting. They provided top notch service and was very accommodating. The bartender paige was great even the cook was able to help my friend after kitchen was closed. The owner peter even got the meet him was cool af. Definitely coming back for more love. Thanks guys.

Blue Jacket is a great bar and grill with great friendly bartenders. The prices are good and the the place is clean. We like to sit at the bar but they also have plenty of seating in the dining area or the outside patio.

I went here for happy hour with some friends before dinner. We sat at the par and Paige was our server. She was super cool and let me try a sample of a beer. I dont remember the name (and no website to refer back to), but it was warm and tasted like piss /: I decided to just go with a shock top. Unfortunately, the same temperature and tasting as the sample I ordered. There was a gentleman next too me who knew Paige as they were talking throughout the night (hard not to hear what they were saying since we were in close quarters). Apparently someone was recently fired and Paige asked how he knew him. He replied by saying through his "vendor" if you catch my drift. The gentleman ordered some kind of bowl with beef. Paige came out and said I put your order in for chicken instead because the beef is old...this only leads me to believe they're still selling this beef to other patrons. I had this place bookmarked, but had been on the fence due to some of my friends reviews. This is definitely not somewhere I'll be returning to.

Just heard of this place and I can walk there so I tried it out. Very cool spot and the history of the name makes it even better. Met Anderson and he said they will be revamping a few things to make it better and if so I will be there all the time. Great atmosphere, great people and cold beer. DONE DEAL!

A hidden gem when you're craving a juicy burger or some jumbo, saucy wings. Family-owned and they've invested a ton of money into their indoor and outdoor seating. A great place to catch a game, grab a quick lunch, or even chill with your dogs out on the patio. Baldwin Park and Audobon residents should love the fact that it's a quick bike ride or even a walk away!
