Blue Martini Lounge Pointe Orlando

I used to be a loyal customer of this place, I used to had a great time specially when they were located at the Millenia mall. Once the change of location happened you can tell the lack of good management. The food turned out the worst and I don’t know from where they’re hiring their staff, super rude waitresses, lack of customer service, leave tables unattended, you feel like you’re begging them for service and attention. And don’t try to complain about it because they will give you the worst attitude ever. I stopped visiting this place for good. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they treat you with respect and value you as a customer.

Had a blast for the all black party. The venue was perfect. The DJ was on point and the staff were amazing.

Some friends hosted a bridal shower here and it did not disappoint. The server was very attentive and brought everything out in a timely manner. The food was delicious and so we're the drinks. The band had everybody dancing and the DJ afterwards had everyone jumping. From the point of entry to the end of the night it was a great experience.

Horrible service waiting for my food over an hour. Heard the ladies at the from say “sit him outside because he’s not buying bottles” I felt like I wasn’t welcomed.

We were told there’s a “no shorts” dress code at the door — fine, I get it. But then I see plenty of people wearing shorts, drinking and hanging out like it’s no big deal. So apparently the rules only apply to some people? This is funny.

Don’t come here if you’re Asian — the guard will likely deny you entry under the excuse of a ‘dress code,’ even when white people wearing the same thing are allowed in. It’s blatant discrimination.
