Customer Service- horrendous Quality of Drink- Watered Down!
I've had plenty of bubble tea in my life and this drink was very watered down. I was trying to suck it up but I really wanted to enjoy the drink so I politely asked the lady, if she can add syrup or anything to fix it she was with an attitude and said no, she's not doing anything to fix it. She said that's just how the tea is, but I'm not stupid, it literally tasted like they put one pump of peach syrup and the rest water.
They were overpriced so I tried to drink what I could, but I didnt get 1/3 through the drink and decided to throw it away.
I dont recommend going here at all.

My boba was hard i asked for an exchange of another drink or a refund and she told me it wasn't possible bc the manger wasn't there and didn't try to make the situation convenient

I would be very aware of this establishment !! Came here to support with my family and the gentlemen took a picture of my card information and when he was asked about it he lied. It sucks as a customer you come out to support and you get rewarded with THEFT

I paid $9 for pretty much iced sweet milk. I ordered a Thai tea and at first sip it was superrrr sweet and I could barely taste the Thai. For $9, I expected more.
