I always love their food, but they have the worst customer service. Literally rolling their eyes at customers when they ask simple questions. All the workers seem frustrated like they don’t want to be there. And this review is after I’ve been there multiple times.

The woman that take your order are EXTREMELY RUDE! Customer service is not a factor for this business and it pisses me off because I'm spending my money here. Also the hotline is right in front of you but you have a wait so long for someone just to pour the food in the plate, it makes no sense. They move so slow it drives me crazy because you could be in and out quickly but it's takes 20min just to pour the food that's already made and in front of you. Also they don't warn you but if you pay with a card there's an upgrade which is insane because who carries cash. The food is good but sometimes they will try and cheat you and not tell you there's no plantains so you have to watch them as they slowly pour the food. The prices are decent and the place is pretty clean and that's the only reason I come back. They should really consider putting someone in the front that at least could say "hello" or maybe smile cause nobody likes a nasty attitude and I'm tired of it.

The lady upfront taking orders is not friendly at all. She acts like you're bothering when placing an order. The food was not great, the rice wasn't appetizing. The food presentation was mediocre. There was no side like plantains or a piece of tomato with the food. Will not go back there, ever. Also the place was so hot. It felt like 99 degrees inside

I bought these 2 foods from you guys no fried plantain no salade juste rice and sauce and legumes with nothing else…Not even pikliz I think y’all need to do better because we bought these foods and we expected to get our money worth
