This is my first and last time ordering from this company. The pieces are like scraps found at the bottom! I called and just like their plate customer service was horrible. There are other Haitian restaurants in the Orlando area with better food

I live in Sanford and drove to obt for my food. They forgot a large part of my order after asking them if everything is in there. I knew I should have checked myself however I spent $50 on food and can’t go back. The one thing I was looking forward to. As someone who owned a restaurant quality of taking care of customers is my top priority. Highly disappointed.

Let me start by saying the food is amazing. Very flavorful, fulfilling, and so authentic. I would for sure eat here again.

HOWEVER, I need the service to do better. The people were nice it's just the young lady up front was unorganized and all over the place.

Long story short ordered online, went to pick up, she couldn't find my other but remember making it. She asked another woman to fix my order for me. As soon as that woman was done she found the original order that she had already prepared.

I felt so awful that that lady had to redo my food as well as that's food that is wasted. Overall experience the food all that is amazing just need to get better organized.

Update: got back to my destination to only find out my order was wrong. I didn't get sauce for the rice and pikliz like most restaurants do. So kinda disappointed and would overall give 3.5

Griot was ok needed more seasoning. Rice not very tasty & mushy. girl up front needs better attitude and to be more welcoming. Probably won’t return. I miss Miami Haitian food

Stop letting the pepper burst in the spaghetti. Could not even eat it . Whole bursted pepper in my food. Then another complaint again I ordered a large curry chicken. Only received rice and the chicken. . No plantain, or boiled banana . Jamaicans price their food better . Overpriced for no reason . Not even true curry chicken or jerk chicken. Food very salty
