The food is fresh to order and the chicken is so crunchy!! We had the garlic soy and spicy drumsticks and kimchi and rice

No staff present on the floor except Danielle. All staff disappeared. We order Tteokbokki at 3:32pm and went next door to Koon Thai got my food and ate it and it's 4:17pm and my order is not out yet. Horrible service and to expensive for street food. Wouldn't recommend it. The owner must not care for his customers. Our servers was kind but it couldnt due anything.

This was my first time going and the food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again. The reason I am giving it a 2 for atmosphere us because they had the same song playing for the entire 45 minutes we were there. I would have been angry if the food wasn't so good. I will probably just order to go next time.

This place has the absolute best service and great food!. prices were reasonable and had an extremely accommodating team. I had a big party of over 6 families, and they easily handled the sudden rush. extremely thankful and highly recommend this establishment!

I was disappointed with a recent pickup order from this Bonchon location. I ordered the standard garlic soy wings as a small pick-me-up for my spouse after a long day. Still, the flavor seemed off compared to what we’ve experienced at other Bonchon restaurants. As a result, the food went uneaten.

I’ve had positive experiences at several other Bonchon locations, so this was unexpected. The garlic soy wings are our go-to order because they’re usually delicious, but that wasn’t the case with this order. I hope this was an isolated issue, but based on this experience, we won’t be ordering from this location again.

This was absolutely the worst experience my Girlfriend and I have had in any restaurant in Orlando. We go in thinking it was going to be a nice fun experience next to near where we live. Instead we get the shittiest service. Took a while for the server to first get to us but that’s understandable for some places and we were fine but we should’ve taken it as a sign. I order the chicken sandwich while my girlfriend ordered the omnirice with an addition of pickled radish. After a while the food comes out and she doesn’t get the picked radish so we ask the server for it again and I also get a refill. That is the only time I get a refill, which isn’t help by the fact the glasses weren’t that big, as for the pickled radish? Never see one. We decide it’s not worth asking for again so next time we see the server we ask for a box. Surprise, over 20 minutes later and we still don’t have it all while she goes up to other tables unprompted to just chat or upsale them. I ask her for the check and the box again when she walks by. We get the check really quickly but no box. Look at the check and we were charged for not one but TWO pickled radishes. About 10 minutes later she finally gets us the box and when we ask her to removed the pickled radishes we never got she acted surprised that we never got it saying „she never brought it to you?“. Now my girlfriend is a server and I used to manage at another restaurant so we understand that sometimes it’s just too busy or other things happen but this was ridiculous. Getting almost completely ignored and forgotten about while the server is running around catering to the other tables unprompted had ruined the entire experience. For the food and decor, mediocre. I would not recommend.

We decided to try to places as we saw it mention on CBS morning news, We got there and Danielle sat us pretty quick, we ordered the chicken wings and 2 orders of fries (reg n seasoned) the chicken was crunchy and tasty, the season fries was just a sprinkle of parmesion and both are not fresh cut fries you can taste its frozen packaging. The reason for 2 stars is that the order took 1hr 15 minutes. The 2 tables next us also waited the same amount of time (as we leaned over and ask how long where they waiting). Can't blame to hosted or waitress. Maybe they only had one chef? Just not worth the drive we took (1hr away) and wait for place that was not crowded. The place was clean on a positive note.

Don’t believe the hype! The food wasn’t all that great and the wait will have you ready to leave. Food takes about 45 minutes to come, appetizers included. Asked for sauce and that took another 15, then a to go box when a server brought it that took another 30 minutes to come. Lastly waited 15 more minutes for before just walking to the register to grab the check ourselves. Do not order the flavored tea they push to you!! It is only about 10 ounces of liquid and a lot of ice, plus NO refills.

Was recommended by our hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Had to inform our hotel not to recommend to folks any longer, and they were NOT understaffed. So many other options right along the same road, I would recommend trying something else.

Very mid food waited over a hour to receive food. Very disappointed in the waiter we received we would asked for things a not receive them until we asked 3 times. This place gives very hit or miss. Visiting Orlando but would not put this on my list to come and eat again.

Oh my! The fried chicken has that crunch anyone would love! Definitely recommend the Korean fried chicken drums!
