Out of Japchae which I came for on an early Friday night. Ordered the Bibimbap instead which did not make an impression. Wings were good but not as good, half of the wings were lacking and only partially sauced. Side of pickled radish was bland, barely pickled and tasted watered down. Did they run of vinegar and added water? Tonight's visit did not satisfy my craving. Server didnt come back to refill water till after the meal and till after we flagged her to come over. Clean casual ambiance with finally better lighting than other times I've been. Outside sink available to wash hands was convenient im case restroom was occupied.

The Japchae was fantastic! Also, the spicy fried chicken was very good and not too sweet.

The spicy chicken is too hot for my liking but the food is still delicious. I prefer the Soy Garlic. The fried rice is very good also.

We were waiting to go in when the restaurant opened. Floors were horribly sticky in the dining room and restrooms. Our shoes stuck when we walked and it made a gross sound.

Bonchon is a place I always go to whenever I'm leaving or arriving at the airport because it holds a lot of nostalgic memories for me. It makes me feel like I'm at home. Their fried chicken is prepared fresh and my favorite one is the spicy flavor, but be cautious if you don't like spicy food. I usually have it with white rice. My husband tried the fries and thought they were okay. The service was good, but the chicken takes some time to cook as it's made to order, so be prepared for a little wait. The atmosphere is casual.

The spicy chicken is so much hot. Beware of it. They refilled soda before I asked. Thank you.

Service was poor!!!!!!! All the tables were completely dirty. When they decided to clean the tables they cleaned each dirty table with the same rag that was dirty and pushed the food crumbs to the floor. We also waited 55+ minutes for 10 wings that were basic at best for $29 dolloars. Don't recommend you eating here..

Wow!!! I can't believe this place is sooo close to me and although they've been in business for a while, I was finally able to stop by and try it for myself!! Started off with the loaded fries smothered with yumminess and flavorful Bulgogi 10/10!! I pretty much heard of this place specifically for their wings so I also had to give that a try. Great flavor, but both were way more saltier than I expected, still good. I loved the Korean bbq one more than the Soy Garlic ones. The chicken sliders were tossed in the Soy Garlic sauce, I would opt for the Korean bbq sauce next time! Their potstickers were also very fresh but I would've preferred the soy sauce or whatever they tossed it in to be separate. We were told it was a corporate thing that it HAD to be tossed in the sauce... Not bad prices for all 4 dishes as my bill came out to about $50!

Had the wings and tried both sauces. Thought I’d prefer the bbq but the soy garlic was fantastic! Nice and crunchy like kfc should be.

I expected freshly battered and fried chicken. I was extremely disappointed. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality.

Dine in - Wednesday evening with my daughter.Service: The host/server tried to seat us at a dirty table. He was barely attentive during our visit and didn’t seem to care much for his job. My daughter asked me if he was high, because he seemed in his own world.Atmosphere: the decor is not good; everything is black and the lights are dim, so the interior is very dark. Environments like that make me wonder about cleanliness.Food: we ordered/shared a combo fried chicken, fries, and steamed rice. I asked for sauce on the side, so I could dip it because my daughter likes plain chicken. We were told “corporate” doesn’t allow them to give sauce on the side. So we went for plain chicken. The chicken was bland and tasted nothing like Korean fried chicken should. The fries were soggy. And the steamed rice was a travesty - it was so overcooked it was almost mush. How can you mess up steamed rice?I am surprised at all of the positive reviews of this place. It was our first and last visit to this restaurant. We are local and this is the closest Korean fried chicken place to us, but we’ll be driving the extra distance to downtown for real Korean fried chicken.
