Poor service. Come out and greet your customer dont hide in the kitchen.

Good food but if you want to eat inside is terrible because don't have a/c or don't want to put it the a/c We sat down to eat and it was so hot that we couldn't stand being there and the beers were lukewarm so we had to leave.

Terrible customer service

You will be waiting forever for your food. Not worth it. Food is not all that. Even if you deliver they had my delivery driver wait because the food was not done right away.

When this place first opened it was really good, but I’m not sure if the owner is really present to see how the business is ran. I’ve been here multiple times to be let down just to give this place another chance and I guess today just did it over the top for me. Just a couple things I experienced when I wanted to give Bonchon another chance—

-If you are calling in to place an order around 6pm, expect your call not to be taken.
-I understand it’s summer time and AC usually breaks down. At least have some fans for your customers that are dining in because me sitting at the bar just waiting for my food I started sweating.
-If you are understaffed, or your employees are overworked.. you can tell. Walked in, one waitress frantically getting to go orders ready and serving another table. I was ordering on the kiosk and didn’t need assistance but I made the first gesture and said “Hello how are you?” Of course not a simple welcome in or let me know if you need anything, just kept on walking. I could tell she was stressed.
-And lastly, the small wings are fine. But if you order the large drumsticks, it’s the luck of the draw which chicken they cut into to check if the chicken is done because 3/4 of my drumsticks were RAW. I was going to feed some to my kids but after seeing that, it made me nervous feeding my kids anything from this order.

Im usually not this critical but if you’re not going to listen to your customers, whats another review saying the same thing going to change?

Don’t waste your time. These people are incompetent. I walked in they had 5 employees sitting around doing nothing. Was just picking up an order. She said we don’t have no order are you sure you ordered it like I’m an idiot. Awful attitude, poor customer service skills. She just walks away and says nothing to me. I have to go into the back to find out what is going on. They gave my food to someone else. They gave me attitude because they thought I was an idiot but they gave my food to someone else. No apology just told me I’m an asshole and they are making my food. This place will be closed soon. Always empty. Awful employees.

The fried chicken is acceptable in taste, somewhat expensive compared to the competition, I have eaten better fried chicken!

I was given the wrong order and when they realized they grabbed the food from me, put it AGAIN in the bag and didn’t even ask if I touched the food or not. As someone who works in a restaurant, taking back a to-go order is something you shouldn’t do. I was mad disappointed with the tteokbokki, not worth the money + tips 😢

The food tastes great but the past few times I’ve ordered takeout from here, the chicken is still bleeding. I’ve try to give them more than one chance but they keep on serving me bloody chicken.
