I arrived at your Waterford Lakes location at 4:00pm yesterday. NO ONE at front desk, sat down to look at menu, waited five minutes, still NO ONE walked out to desk. I left in disappointment. Your business won't last too long if NO ONE is doing their job.

For the price of the good you would think it would be flavorful. It was anything but that ! I paid $77 for food & EVERYTHING was bland. Had me questioning my own tastebuds. This place is over hyped & overpriced 👎🏽

It was 7:20 and me and my wife walked in and they told us the kitchen was closed. After making us wait 5 mins to be seated. And we drove 40 mins to get here. Horrible service very disappointing.

A second visit for a long time and was disappointed. The place is empty so just myself and my husband are there.Waitress is not helpful and not attentive at all, doesn't mention her name so can't tell you. My husband ordered Bulgogi tacos and mine is bulgogi fried rice which is ok food . Bonchon at Waterford if you want more business try to tell your staff to give customers a good service and to be attentive.

Food was really good but if I ever wanna eat it again I’ll make sure to avoid this location or get take out. Me and my boyfriend came in to a completely empty restaurant around 5pm, there was nobody to greet us but we saw the sign that said “wait to be seated” so that’s what we did. A few minutes later the server came in from the back and said from across the room “for here or take out” we said here and she said “you can sit wherever you want” not the most welcoming start but we thought maybe she was busy in the back.
I’ve worked as a server/bartender for years so when I go out to eat I’m extremely empathetic towards whoever is taking care of me because I know it can be a shitty job sometimes, what I can’t understand is being short to the only costumers in the whole restaurant when we haven’t done anything to deserve that treatment. Our server made me feel like I was bothering her for being there. I understand times are tough and I don’t expect a crazy outstanding service but at least make people feel welcomed and not like a nuisance for bringing business to your establishment.
We had an issue at the end with the payment and she was a lot nicer and sweet, I don’t understand why she wasn’t like that the whole time we were there.
I hope things get better for her and wish her the best but I do think the owners should pay more attention to the costumer service part because this was my first time here and will definitely be my last after this experience.

Best wings and fried rice ever. Had both in Denver, Colorado and in Waterford Lakes and both times the food was cooked to perfection.

You won’t be here long… how the heck do you not want money in this economy?

I got the boneless wing and they were alright when I would get a good one. Some of the pieces had a really odd texture to them, like the chicken itself was really hard and chewy, I have no idea what that’s all about. The batter was also inconsistent, some of the pieces were crispy and nice, but on others the batter would slip off and be slimy, completely unrelated to the weird textured chicken. But the ones that weird good were pretty good.

It’s so common for restaurants in this area to start amazing and then end up overpriced to the point where eating here feels like robbery. Ordered bulgogi the other day for take out, the place was empty and no one came out to greet me. For the price the portion was small. The meat didn’t taste marinated and was the quality of steak ems. I wish I had listened to the other reviews but I wanted to give an old favourite a chance, honestly just posting to warn others.

I should’ve checked the reviews before i came in. Terrible customer service and no one greeted us when we came in. I’m seeing a bunch of reviews of the owner getting defensive when ppl order for the kiosk but want to dine in, i wonder how people are supposed to know that when your staff is loitering in the back and staring at customers when they walk in instead of getting up and asking if they’d like to be seated. food was meh. definitely won’t be coming back.

Wow this was an interesting visit. We came in and there was nobody to be found so we ordered at the kiosk, my mom mistakenly ordered the food to go style. Shortly after ordering it we were informed it’s to go and my mom apologized for the mistake. They stayed silent and rolled their eyes then went back into the kitchen. Then they brought out food out to go style a long time after being informed it was NOT to go as we were all sitting at a table waiting, and had been for the duration. That was still no problem for us we kept good spirits, but there was no silverware with the food so my mom walked up and very politely asked one of the women working for silverware and she visibly paused, rolled her eyes, went to the silverware area and slammed around the silverware until she had enough then plopped them in my moms hand. She then walked back to the kitchen. This is abhorrent behavior. Considering the amount of money we spent for an entire family to eat here they didn’t even give the bare minimum of service to us. The old woman who threw a fit over the silverware then continued to glare from the kitchen at our table occasionally until we left.

This is a shame because the food was actually very good, but the service so awful put a bad taste in our mouths and we won’t be coming back.

I hope if you come it’s better, but based on these reviews this is regular behavior, I hope this gets sorted out soon!

When i walked in the place was freezing cooled, and the chairs was very hard to sit in. The service was not good.
I ordered chicken wings, I could not get the sauce on the side. When my order came the chicken did not any flavor without sauce. The wings with sauce had very little sauce on it. They would not give me sauce on the side. This place charged me 7.50 for fries. I will never come back to this place again.
