First & last time at this restaurant. They were out of a couple items. There's no service. There is a kiosk for you to order at, and then one server brings the food out to you to go style. I ordered the pot stickers in the photo, came with no silver ware. I could get more pot sticker at a better price & quality at the sushi place next door.

Service was non existent, we were not greeted in any form, while we were eating not the first person came to see if we needed anything.

Food was not seasoned, and some of it was like warm and others was warmer.

The place was not as clean as it could have been, the floors and tables were sticky for some reason.

Employees were sitting on there asses. If your getting paid to do a job, busy or not, please do your job.

Expensive food and I’m convinced I just got food poisoning, got take out and ate it immediately, within a few minutes of picking it up. The skin of the strips, which used to be crispy, were soggy and falling off / sitting in the plastic in the box. As I continued to try and power through them anyway several pieces had a sour fishy taste and chewy consistency, after spitting out several attempts thinking it was maybe just one tough piece I wasn’t even able to stomach the rest and tossed it all. I’m now suffering from the few bites I did swallow.

Wings were flabby and under cooked. Nothing like the Bonchon wings we had at the south Semoran location. So disappointed.

Nobody came to greet us they just stared at us and went in the back awhile a cook was coughing and blowing their nose very loudly, it was so gross.

Walked in around 430pm on a Saturday and wasn't greeted and waited at the front for someone to come take my order. I sat down on the bench and still no one came. Both workers were at the back at tables on the computers and phones facing the front.
I got up and ask if they were open. They didn't hear me so I left. This location has gone downhill so bad.

The food is terrible. It's a Korean restaurant, but the food is not cooked in a Korean kitchen. I won't come again.

The last 2-3 times I have been here, the wings were not as good as it used to be.
The wings/drums were great on the outside but that is about it.
1. bland and very pink/red on the inside which made it uncomfortable to eat.
2. there was a fly in our radish
3. this is just me being picky but we ordered 20 pieces total and got 19 pieces.

Will not be coming back nor recommending!

Came in at 8:30pm to this location to feeling like i was gonna get service coming from Daytona Beach to find out the manager saying we close the kitchen at 8:30 to clean up the fryers. The hours of operations are until 9pm there's no sign stating they close at 8:30 on Wednesday this should be posted so the next customer doesn't go thru this like I experienced. I don't usually write bad reviews but this is such a horrible feeling especially coming from far away just picking up my family from airport. I hope they can fix the issue so people don't have to leave bad reviews. I had no choice to walk next door and eat something I've never tried in my life SMH

Went to have dinner. Never got a table nobody came to greet our party. This was second time in less than 4 months walked out and not getting service.
People that worked there saw us but ignored us. I will never come back to this place again. This was twice I walked out without being served. And when I Uber my food the quality has gone down. Too bad your food was really good about a year ago

I visited this establishment yesterday 10-31 I went in there was absolutely no one in the establishment beside what could’ve been a manager sitting all the way in the back on a laptop he didn’t greet me I stay up front for about 5 minutes before he told me someone will come get my order this was my first time there the lady who took my order Andrea I believe was her name really rude not welcoming at all I felt as if I was being an inconvenience but I still order I seen it on tik tok and wanted to try it out I wasn’t asked if I wanted to dine in or take it To go clearly they didn’t want me there they brought it in a to go. I ask about dipping sauces which aren’t included not even one and for 1 dipping sauce it’s 1.99 keep in mind they are tiny. The food was okay but for the way I was treated I won’t be back i definitely would recommend going to the other location if you they have if you still would like to try them I see they have better reviews or 92 chicken.

Passed by to get something to eat, wanted to dine in. I was told they cant do dine in because they are under staffed only 2 servers there, i was one person ?they had a cook in back, 2 people cant handle serving one person chicken?
Used to be one of my favorite spots, never again sorry
