This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had at any bone fish it was hair in the bang bang shrimp, was offered more but appetite was turned off. My friend salad had one crouton on top and she was laughed at when asked for more. The waiter never apologized for any of these mistakes what so ever. Then the bill come my husband and I was really overcharged for items. Our friends bills was also not right. When we told the waiter he just said ok! Anything else! I asked to speak to the manager and she blew it off! Please run far away from this place it’s horrible!?

I would have given a 5 stars as the food was great but we had a longggg wait for our food; about 30 minutes. Had to ask waitress about the status. Food finally came out about 10 minutes later.

This place was so good! First time we went and it was on Easter! Our server Ed did a fantastic job, giving recommendations and making sure our needs were met. When the meals were ready they had a whole team that came out and served them at the same time so no one at our table was without food. All the food items tasted great, and the service made this a 5 star location for both my husband and I. We cannot wait to go back again!!

Place was very clean, had a very trendy atmosphere. The staff was very nice. I am not impressed with the food though. I just had fish and chips they barely gave me any fries, and I didn't like the fish at all. It has no flavor. The batter was more like a shell. All I could taste was the grease they cooked it in. Long John Silvers has better fish at half the price.

This place is an actual mess. I’ve waited a whole hour that was said will take 20 minutes. They wanted me to pay it twice and also forgot to give me the sweet tea I paid for. Worst Bonefish ever. Seriously stay away if you value your time.

We went to Bonefish at Sandlake Rd. @ Dr. Phillips last night we felt total disrespect because of our color of our skin. We made a reservation at 6:30 pm for 2 and the host took us to back Conor to sit even after the dinning area had seats available. We were the only people sitting there and no one was sitting there. My wife requested to be seated in the main dinning area but the host made a comment that it is very difficult for them to put us over there even though it was empty at that point. Later saw it was all filled by white folks. We felt we were totally discriminated based on our color of our skin. We will never return to Bonefish again.
