We visited three times during our 4-day vacation - just had to go back. Service was excellent. The manager (Tim) was very friendly. Food was excellent. Bang Bang Shrimp and Drunken Coconut Pie were absolutely wonderful.

As a regular at Bonefish Grill, I can say this place never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful.
Everything is top-notch. The drink menu is just as impressive, with creative cocktails. Lately, my go-to has been the smoky old-fashioned, also good selection for beer and wine.
The staff is always attentive, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care that you have a great experience.
Bonefish has become one of my go-to spots for a consistently enjoyable dining experience, at least once a week for us. Recommend for both casual nights out and special occasions!

I returned and our 2nd visit was a 2 star experience. We explained the manager the previous bad experience, he offered a free appetizer and we declined it, expressing that ‘we just wanted good service’. Even though the manager was attentive, our server was missing in action the whole time. Service is not good at this location and perhaps it is a systemic problem from either poor training or management. I did notice other tables pensive waiting for their server to come around. I will remember that if I return for a 3rd time I will need to accept forgetfulness and very slow service.
1st visit to this location: Neglectful service, dishes piled up on our table throughout the visit. The food was terrible, I got the wrong drink and was not corrected. My sea bass was insipid and the asparagus were so salty, I was not able to eat them. I ended up paying the bill and leaving half of the food behind. It took the server over 10 minutes to check on us after the entrees were served, by then I just wanted to go, so I paid and left. I still left 15% tip for the other people who delivered the food.

Edit: the bathrooms need some attention. This is unacceptable, everyone pooping has to touch the roll of toilet paper. We came in this past Wednesday night for Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (our favorite entrée that never disappoints). This location is less than two miles from home, and with all the options in the area, there's nowhere else we go for fish! I've had the Bang Bang Shrimp many times before, and this time was no different. It tastes so good that I always make sure to bring some home to have for later! The service we received from our server to the kitchen and even the Manager, Miguel, was phenomenal. The same goes for previous visits, on different days of the week and at different times of the evening. We've sat at the bar several times to meet with friends, and with the intention on going for dinner more so than drinks. But the service from both bartenders has always been exceptional. We have never had a problem receiving our food or being ignored/skipped when requesting a drink.

Was really enjoying the experience until we ordered and the food was taking a while. Okay, I can deal. But then the server comes back and says they’re out of the rainbow trout I ordered. Okay not a big deal so I told him I wanted the chicken Marsala but no bacon due to an allergy. He said not a problem. My food came back with cheese and I was confused because I ordered the chicken Marsala. Also didn’t take the rainbow trout off of the bill so it came higher than we thought. I told him they didn’t take that off and that I ordered the chicken Marsala, not the Lilly chic which is $2 more than the chicken Marsala. He said no that was the Lilly chic. I did not order that and I wanted the chicken Marsala with no bacon and he said fine yet they gave me the wrong order. I should have asked for a refund. They messed up 3 different times and I still left a tip which I should not have. Will not be coming back to this location as I am very upset with this experience.

Went for lunch, the food was amazing, especially the Cod .. appreciated everything
I went there with my best friend. She ordered the appetizer bang bang shrimp. I had the crab fries. She also had a drink our main course their pasta and then I had the pokey bowl and everything was so delicious. It was amazing. I definitely should’ve took pictures I didn’t unfortunately because we were stuffing our faces but the next time I go, which will be soon I will make sure I put faces 10 Out Of 10. I recommend especially this location. It was amazing everyone there was super nice and sweet and very attentive.

Ate here while visiting Orlando for a conference in the area. Excellent atmosphere both inside and outside while my group waited for a table to become available. The food was delicious and portions were suitable for the evening meal. The mule I had was excellent!

Some of the BEST food I've had in a long time! I got the imperial Cod which came with two sides. I had to get the "extra money sides" (well worth it). I got the garlic parmesan potatoes and the risotto (the best I've had in years)
