Josh Baker runs an outstanding operation at Bonefish Grill - Lake Underhill. The service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their attention to detail, from presentation to flavor, makes every visit special. Highly recommend this location!

Excellent staff and menu. They brought back some of the menu items that we truly enjoyed, so we are back as well !!

I can not recall the last time I was at a restaurant with such slow service. Ruined the whole vibe.

Going forward, I will drive from waterford out to dr. Phillips to go to that restaurant. I'm guessing the time commitment will still be less than going to their waterford store.

All that said, the food and drinks we're delicious!

I came here with my father & daughter for Mother’s Day. Although busy, our server Justin was amazing! I can’t compliment him enough. He made sure we had all the menus (there were lots of options that day). He gave suggestions & was very knowledgeable.
The food was good too but his personality, especially on such a busy day was great. He didn’t make us feel rushed when we had questions & I made sure to let one of the managers know on my way out as well.

My family and I came here for a Mother’s Day dinner. This was our first big holiday since my dad passed, and we were looking to have some fun. Ian, our server, made sure that we were taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and enjoyed our time. The experience was already great, but Ian took the time to make sure that all of our allergies were accommodated, our questions (even if they were silly) were answered, and our glasses were full. Thank you Ian!!

Excellent service. Food was cooked precisely as requested, medium rare was perfectly medium rare.

We love Bonefish but specifically this location. I’m a picky eater and they go above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. Maria took care of me and my family this visit. She was so sweet and knowledgeable on all of the menu items.

Josh the GM and his management team are extremely hospitable. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and valued as guest. We haven’t been to this location in a while but we are so glad we stopped by again and will be returning soon. Thank you for making our pre Mother’s Day celebration so special !

Great sea bass as always, but you can’t miss the bang bang shrimp!!

Such an amazing restaurant, this is one of my favs.

We love this restaurant so much, Maria was such an excellent server! If you have children, she is one of those awesome servers who gets it!!

We have been to many Bonefish including this one many times. This experience was horrible. Although the drinks were very good it took forever to get them. The bang bang was good. Bacon mac n cheese had NO cheese, just noodles and bacon with some sauce on the bottom. Ceasars salad came with no dressing so they went back to kitchen for that, came back and all they did was add parmesan cheese. Truffle fries were cold. Manager came over (she was nice) apologized about lack of cheese on mac n CHEESE and just said they didn't let it sit long enough...what?!? Said the dressing on ceasar was a very light dressing (it was plain lettuce!) Asked for a side of dressing and it was normal ceasar dressing, not light at all, so it definitely came plain to begin with. Ugh, it was Friday night and the place was almost empty, now we know why...worst Bonefish experience ever! Save your money and time and do NOT go here:(

Our server Justin who is also a bartender took care of us at a table tonight 4/18 , he killed it ! On top of everything and was the nicest server I’ve had in a while ! He really took his time w us during peek hour on a Friday and was quick and just so kind !

Paul our server was very pleasant and on point . I ordered bourbon glazed salmon. Food was delicious.

Went in for a late Lunch and to get their Friday Fish Fry. It was busier than expected. But, all good. Had the pleasure of Laisha taking care of us. We sat at the Bar. Drinks were cold and delicious. The food came out at right time and was also delicious. Laisha’s hospitality was top notch. She’s wonderful. Highly recommend you asking for her. We’ll be back.
