Basically, exactly what I thought it was, a novelty that gets a lot of first time traffic in it, but probably not much repeat business. Being near Disney and Universal keeps this place in business. Food was not terrible, but the. Again, there wasn't a single dish served that my family would recommend for repeat consumption. Yes they have lobster and it is just your run of the mill second hand lobster. Crab legs were so over cooked that many of the legs did not have meat in them. Oyster and clams on half shell were the biggest disappointment. They were obviously shocked hours or even a day earlier to save time and manpower. They still had flavor, but we're so shriveled from being shocked earlier, that they had not body to them and you had to deal what was left off of the shell. Mussels were well cooked and tasted good, everything else was blah and not worth a second trip. Service was almost a one star, the waitress really has nothing to do except remove used plates and shell bowls and refill drinks. However she let me go dry on drink before she noticed it finally. That's funny because I know management harps on keeping drinks full so that customers fill up on drinks and not lobster. As for atmosphere, there is none. It's a cafeteria, with tables right on top of each other and very loud. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Definitely not worth even half the cost.

Patrick, our server, was very attentive & thoughtful. He showed us how to easily breakdown the lobster, which was very appreciated! The variety of food on the buffet was great, even the prime rib! The manager made sure everyone was enjoying their visit and things were running smoothly! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!

Sanaa was our waitress tonight. Very nice lady! Service was excellent! Food was DELICIOUS!!! My favorites were the CLAM CHOWDER and SNOW CRAB LEGS.
