I love the service that Boston Lobster Feast has provided me on many occasions, including a special request made on New Year’s Day. Amazing seafood buffet even if your not crazy about lobster 🦞 the selection was more than I expected and Cindi our guest specialist offered outstanding service! The complimentary photo per table is a nice touch 🥰
Food was great. Great selections too.
But the pinnacle was the service we received from Kamal. He went above and beyond for us and was pleasant to visit with too. In our dumb tipping culture for non existent to mediocre service, this was one case where I was glad to tip and tip well. He deserved it.
