I placed an order at the drive thru, paid and picked it up. Began to drive away when I realized, Half of my order was missing so I had to circle the building, go back thru the drive thru and explain what items were missing from my order. Such a waste of time when the workers should have gotten it right the first time.
This place is pretty good I have to save normally I don't do this but I came in 30 minutes before close and they definitely made sure to take care of us. I was expecting mediocre food being the time that it was but I was definitely surprised
I came to this Boston Market at this location and waited for a while for my 3 piece dark meat but I didn't care because I love their 3 piece dark meat.I came back and this nice gentleman gave me a discount on my order for waiting and that was so nice. I wish I would had gotten his name to put in the notes hopefully the manger or owner knows who I am talking about but yes great customer ?
