This is legit the best deep dish in the Conway area. Probably the best pizza I've had in the time we've been here. Nothing has even been close. Good sauce, buttery crust, generous toppings.I have been regularly checking as to the availability of the Double Decker pizza, but it only shows as 'Sold Out' whenever I want to give it a shot. Hopefully that is back in stock soon.

So glad I gave Brad's a try! This is the best deep dish I've found in Orlando, and worlds better than Giordano's. The sauce is amazing and the crust/topping/sauce/cheese ratio is just right. Brad himself handed me my pizza, so this is a legit local spot. Can't recommend enough -- will definitely be going back!

Having tried pizza all over Orlando, many places in New York and Italy… I will say Brad’s is in my top 5. Went there today for the first time. You have to order it to go (and online) but can deal with it not being a restaurant. When i arrived “Brad” the owner gave me my pizza. His story was interesting on how he started the business. He was very welcoming and i could tell he really appreciated me driving 30 minutes to come try out his pizza. So my advice is GO and support his business. His pizza was delicious and I think the sauce is really what makes this pizza and his fresh Ingredients stand out. Thanks Brad for sharing your Chicago roots to the Orlando market.

Pizza snob here. Have been wanting a proper Chicago deep dish for years. Have nothing but good things to say about it.The sauce is divine, has the perfect hearty/sweet/multi flavored amazingness you would hope for. Cheese and crust were unbelievably fresh, and the pepperoni was amazing. If you want a real deep Chicago pie, then you need to head to Brads Underground.

I've been dying to try this pizza and let me tell you it was delicious. Probably my new favorite. The thin crust is the perfect combination of that fluffy crisp. I couldn't even wait till I got home to eat it.

I was excited to try Brad's infamous deep dish pizza. This spot has been a main topic of Orlando pizza for a while. Service was spectacular. Unfortunately I was not so thrilled about the pizza. As an entirety, it lacked salt and overall flavor. The crust has a very nice flaky texture and gets better with each oven reheat but I found an overall lack of flavor between all 3 elements: the crust, sauce, and the cheese. Needless to say I arrived home and sprinkled it toppings which made the pie fabulous but I expected more overall :(
