The Shrimp Ceviche and Papa a la Huancaina were delicious! The Carne Frita con Tostones not so much. Stick to the Peruvian food, pass on the rest.

We love Brazas! It is a regular stop for us (at least twice a month!) We know the food is good, tasty and simple. Our go to is Ceviche, half chicken, avocado salad, and Yuka fries or rice & beans. Plenty for two or three. Service is always quick. The staff is friendly. If you haven’t tried Brazas yet, do so - you will not be disappointed!

The food was great. I ordered the ceviche spicy and it was a medium heat. The lomo saltado was quite good but kinda just tasted like grilled steak; very reminiscent of steak frites. Service was kind, helpful, and attentive. Atmosphere was fun but lacked real clarity of message about this being a Peruvian restaurant. Definitely worth checking out. The food was very enjoyable.

I drive by this place at least twice a week and had never stopped to try their food. A few weeks ago, one of my coworkers mentioned Las Brazas during a lunch conversation, which sparked my curiosity.

While doing several site visits with our company leadership, we decided to make a quick stop here for lunch, and we we had a great time. Everyone ordered something different, and both the presentation and the flavors were on point. The food was absolutely delicious.

The service was exceptional, and the ambiance and décor were great. It’s a small but very welcoming place.

The lomo saltado was money! I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try their ceviche. Our IT Director was in town and really enjoyed his lunch as well.

We were all very impressed and highly recommend this restaurant!

I only wish I had taken more photos....

Wow ! Highly recommend the family meal here. They have the best brasaa chicken in central Florida.

I loved the different sides they had to offer and my whole family was so happy with the quality. I would say it’s a 5 star. The service was great; the food incredible and it was quick. The only bad thing is only soft drinks and no juice options.

I absolutely love Braza’s Chicken. This place is the real deal-authentic, local, and consistently outstanding. The chicken is juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right every time. The sides are tasty, and every bite feels like comfort food done with care. The service is friendly and fast, making every visit enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for bold flavor and a place that gets it, this spot hits it out of the park every time. Highly recommend.

The food is fresh and delicious. The shrimp ceviche is so great. No oils in it, just lime, onions and everything a ceviche should be.

After a long drive I stopped in, quickly to use the restroom, asked where the bartender where it was. He said it’s only for paying customers.

There were two guests at the bar, the only people in the restaurant. FYI

My man took me here for our first date two years ago and RUINED ME! No other ceviche I've had compares to theirs and I've eaten all over the country. The service is fantastic and their mixto ceviche with tostones is just top notch. I love everything about this place. I hate writing this review because I'm greedy and don't want to have to wait for a table. 🤣

My wife and I have been going to this place for many years. The food and service is always spot on. Only this time when we came by, yesterday, the ambience was completely different than it used to be. There was no Peruvian music like they used to play, no images or footage of Peru on the screens like they used to show. They played American 80s music all day long instead of maybe a few songs. On the screens they showed 80s artists like David Bowie etc. I mean, there's a lot of great Latin 80s music. And the place looks more like a sad bar instead of a restaurant. It looks like the restaurant is getting Americanized instead of keeping their Peruvian atmosphere. I'm thinking they have new ownership. I'm glad that the menu is still Peruvian and I hope it stays that way.
