I was really excited to try this bakery since they specialize in Puerto Rican cakes. Unfortunately, the cake itself was a letdown for me. For $50, I was hoping for something moist and flavorful (which is what these types of cakes normally are), but instead it was quite dry and surprisingly unsweetened, with the taste of Crisco shortening coming through in the frosting more than anything else.
That said, the customer service was wonderful. The attendant was super nice, welcoming, and eager to help which I truly appreciated. The presentation of the cake was also beautiful with lovely details and care put into the look.
Overall, great service and presentation, but the actual cake fell short of expectations, especially for the price.

I went to the store in Colonial Dr. the lady(forgot the name) was very helpful and work with me on my order. Today- 11/16 pick up my cakes I got there 30 minutes before and it was people waiting. Great customer service. Recommended 100% S. McKoy 💜

Misinformation as the website indicates the store closes at 6pm and when I got there at 5:15pm there is a sign that the store closes at 5:00pm. This is not good customer service in US
